First, the installation foundation
The foundation installation of plate heat exchanger is to ensure that the heat exchanger can be connected with the pipeline, which is convenient for later maintenance. Make reasonable foundation production according to the site conditions. When the plate heat exchanger leaves the factory, there will be three footings and installation dimension drawings. Embedded parts can be made according to physical objects and installation size drawings. Tighten the anchor bolts during installation to avoid the performance and damage of the heat exchanger in future operation. During installation, no external force shall be applied to the heat exchanger. Avoid equipment deformation affecting work.
Second, connect the pipes.
When connecting pipes, pay attention to the connection position of the inlet and outlet pipes of the cold end and the hot end, and determine the function of the pipes first, and then carry out the work of the pipes. Before installation, check whether there are impurities in the pipeline and clean it in time to avoid blocking or affecting the heat exchange efficiency. Pump installation methods can be divided into flexible connection installation and rigid connection installation, and the specific situation still depends on the user.
Third, matters needing attention
1. When the heat exchanger is used for central heating, a flow indicator, a dirt remover and a Y-type filter should be installed before the inlet and outlet of the hot side, and a flow control valve, a dirt remover and a Y-type filter should be installed before the inlet of the cold side.
2. There are four interfaces of the plate heat exchanger, and each interface needs to be equipped with a thermometer, a reserved flushing port and a pressure gauge.
3. The air-conditioned refrigerator is directly used for refrigeration, and the water circulation system adopts a circulating pump with winter air conditioning. When selecting a heat exchanger, the inlet and outlet temperatures of the cold end should be the temperature of the mixture of tap water and water supply of the heat exchanger. A shunt bypass should be installed after the inlet and outlet of the secondary side, and a flow control valve and a check valve should be installed in the shunt bypass channel to prevent excessive circulating water flow in winter and make the equipment run.
4. For domestic hot water, a temperature controller should be installed, water purification equipment and flow control valve should be installed before the cold end inlet, water should be used as the medium at the hot end, and Y-line filter and flow indicator should be installed at the inlet.
5. When the steam-water heat exchanger adopts plate heat exchanger, it is necessary to install steam traps and bypass pipes at the inlet and outlet of the hot side, and install them according to the specified slope.
6. When the pipeline is welded, the welding grounding wire should be placed at the welding place, not in the distance, so as not to damage the plate heat exchanger.
