2. Rice is washed into porridge.
3. Slice the pig liver, fish it out in flying water, and wash the blood bubbles for later use.
4. Shred the ginger, cut the onion into foam, boil the medlar in water, and blanch the spinach with boiling water to remove the segments (in order to remove the oxalic acid in the spinach).
5. After the porridge is boiled, add pork liver slices, spinach and shredded ginger, season with salt, chicken essence and pepper, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with a little sesame oil and sprinkle with chives.
