The Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC) is a law formulated according to the Constitution, which protects the physical and mental health of minors, safeguards their legitimate rights and interests, promotes their all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, trains socialist builders and successors with ideals, morality, culture and discipline, and trains new people of the times for national rejuvenation.
