Regularity of work and rest in four seasons of traditional Chinese medicine

In March of spring, this is called Chen, heaven and earth are born, and everything is proud. Lying at night and getting up early, striding in court, being slowed down, so that life, living without killing, giving without taking, rewarding without punishment, this spring should be the way to keep fit. The adverse side hurts the liver, and it is cold in summer and has few elders.

Xia San month, this is called Xiangxiu. Heaven and earth are in harmony, and everything is flashy. You lie down at night and get up early. Being insatiable about the sun makes you angry, makes Huaying put on a show and makes you angry. If you love the outside, this summer's spirit should be the way to grow up. On the contrary, it is sad. In autumn, it is cough malaria, and there are few recipients. In winter, it is seriously ill.

In autumn and March, it is said that it is calm, the weather is urgent, and the atmosphere is clear. Going to bed early and getting up early, and having fun with chickens, can make your mind calm, slow down the punishment in autumn, converge your mind, and make the autumn air calm and your lungs clear. This autumn atmosphere should be the way to increase income. On the contrary, it will hurt the lungs, have diarrhea in winter, and few people serve Tibet.

In winter and March, this is called hiding, and water and ice are frozen. If you don't disturb the sun, go to bed early and get up late, you must wait for the sun. If you are hiding something, if you have private intentions, if you do something. When the cold dissipates, it will heat up without leaking skin, so the gas will be taken away. This winter air should be the way to keep Tibet. On the contrary, kidney injury, fistula and syncope in spring, fewer alive.

Meridian flow theory

Liu Zhu of meridians is a rule discovered by the sages of traditional Chinese medicine, that is, every day 12 hours corresponds to human body 12 meridians. Because time is changing, different meridians rise and fall at different times. Mastering the law of meridian flow is of great benefit to health preservation and medication. The philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine advocates the unity of man and nature, and holds that man is a part of nature and his living habits should conform to the laws of nature. Throughout 12 hours, the ups and downs of human viscera are interlocking and very orderly:

1. Shi Mao (5:00 ~ 7:00), the large intestine has developed meridians, which is beneficial to excretion;

2. In the morning (7:00-9:00), the stomach meridian is vigorous, which is beneficial to digestion;

3. At the fourth hour (9:00- 1 1:00), the spleen meridian is vigorous, which is beneficial to absorb nutrition and produce blood;

4. At noon (from 1 1 o'clock to 13 o'clock), the heart meridian is vigorous, which is beneficial to systemic blood circulation and heart fire is beneficial to digestion;

5. At the end of the season (13 ~ 15), the small intestine is vigorous, which is beneficial to absorb nutrition;

6. The bladder meridian is vigorous in the kidney (15 ~ 17), which is beneficial to diarrhea of water in the small intestine and "internal heat" of the whole body;

7. When the kidney meridian is flourishing (from 17 to 19), it is beneficial to store viscera and vital energy for one day;

8. When the pericardium is vigorous (19 to 2 1 point), the strength of the heart is enhanced again, which is beneficial to digestion.

9. In Shihai (2 1: 00 to 23: 00), the triple energizer activates the pulse, and the pulse is adjusted when people fall asleep;

10. At noon (23:00- 1:00), the gallbladder meridian is vigorous, and the bile is brought forth new ones;

1 1. Ugly time (1 to 3 o'clock), the liver meridian is vigorous, and the liver blood is brought forth new ones;

12. In Yin Shi (3: 00 to 5: 00), the lung meridian is vigorous, and the fresh blood stored in the liver is delivered to hundreds of veins to welcome the new day.

From Shihai (2 1 point) to Yin Shi (5: 00 point), it is a period for human cells to recuperate and bring forth the new. This is also the time when people stand on the side of the earth facing away from the sun. Yin governs quietness, and only with adequate rest can you have a good physical condition. Just like a baby who sleeps a lot grows fat and grows fast; Noisy children don't develop well.

The above is a basic overview of meridian Liu Zhu, which can be understood as knowledge, but not death.

Chinese medicine is a very profound subject, which needs to be studied slowly and deeply. As long as it can be flexible, it is also applicable to foreigners.
