Corporate Culture of Hong Kong Shengkaiyuan Health Industry Group
Corporate culture is related to the vitality of the organization and the foundation of the organization. What is the basis? The foundation is internal force and the foundation is corporate culture. Corporate culture has always been the most unique landscape of Blooming Yuan. At the beginning of the company's business, cultural construction was placed at the core. In the traditional culture of China, people integrate Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism into people's daily life. Traditional Chinese medicine health culture is a combination of the advantages of the three. As a model of ancient royal health care in China, "Imperial Health Care" embodies the power of a hundred schools of thought. As the inheritor and disseminator of this culture and technology, Sheng Kaiyuan is duty-bound to serve the health of contemporary people.

The company incorporated the "harmony" culture put forward by the ancients into it and put forward the concept that "health can only be maintained in harmony". China has been talking about a harmonious society for many years, and harmony has become the general program of the whole national culture. So from what aspects should harmony be understood?

* Physical and mental harmony

China's traditional culture pays attention to the harmony between body and mind, and it is perfect that people's body and mind are in a harmonious state.

In Buddhism, obedience to all beings is actually an energy of obedience to all beings.

"sentient beings" refers not only to people, but also to our internal organs. To be healthy, people must first perceive life, know life, understand nature and meet the needs of the body. This is the most basic principle of health preservation.

All internal organs have their own properties. If the mood should be upward; Kidney water descends to moisten dryness; Stomach qi will also drop. Only by understanding these basic properties can we know how to adapt to them, manage them and make them conform to the road of harmony.

At first, the internal organs must be harmonious, but because of our bad habits and the deterioration of our living environment, they developed out of order. For example, there are many cancer patients in modern society. Why do people have cancer cells? In fact, cancer cells are caused by disorderly development of cells.

Health preservation is a science to guide everyone back to the right track. There are seeds of goodness in life, which is "at the beginning of life, human nature is good". It is not only beneficial to one's physical and mental health, but also conducive to social stability and unity.

* Family harmony

Family harmony is actually the harmony of yin and yang between men and women. When each of our small families is stable and harmonious, and the elderly, couples and children care about and enjoy each other, it will lay a harmonious foundation for the whole society.

Social harmony includes our personal physical and mental health and family harmony.

As the old saying goes, "home and country are isomorphic" and "home and everything flourish", it actually emphasizes that family harmony is the premise and guarantee of social harmony.

* Seeking common ground while reserving differences and seeking harmony.

There is a saying in The Analects: "Gentlemen are harmonious but different, while villains are the same but not harmonious."

It can be seen from this sentence that the way of being a gentleman pursued by China people since ancient times is actually the way of harmony.

A gentleman can maintain a harmonious relationship with the people around him, but he must think independently in everything and never blindly follow the trend. But I don't have my own opinions, I just want to be consistent with others, and I don't care about principles, so I can't maintain a harmonious relationship with others.

Great wise men often seek common ground while reserving differences. To be a gentleman, you must have a mind and be able to adhere to principles. If you are broad-minded, you will be good at communicating with people and listen to all kinds of opinions. Other people's opinions can sober you up and let you see your own shortcomings. Correcting shortcomings is progress.

Harmony is a state and a principle, and the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine also pursues a harmonious state through persistence.

Whether it is philosophy, ethics or all aspects of our life, the essence of China culture is to pursue a harmonious state and way.

The word "harmony" has been developing and changing for thousands of years, but China people's humanistic concept of "harmony is precious" has never changed. Knowing the meaning of the word "harmony" and the way of reconciliation means knowing the foundation of China's national culture. This is also the origin of the "harmonious view" of health preservation and harmony.

The meaning of health care: keeping healthy and angry.

Among human beings, the hair growth of orientals is the correct way for the change and evolution of Yin-Yang and Five Elements.

Feeding: means grazing and protection.

The most crucial question in a person's life is whether he has vitality. The most critical issue in doing business is vitality. Where there is energy, there is hope "Life" is the most important. It is this "life" that breeds the spirit of keeping healthy.

Above the word "Tao" is a "head", which stands for head. On the radical side, we call it "the son of walking", and in ancient times it was called Chubu. In fact, it means that the mind and thinking are flying on the right road like a carriage.

"Emperor" means emperor.

"Tao" also refers to a method and rules.

"Only the proper way of keeping in good health" means that keeping in good health must follow scientific methods and principles, and the royal method of keeping in good health has a good practical basis and is worth learning.

"Keeping in good health is the way" means that keeping in good health follows the concept of harmony between heaven and earth.

Harmony is the core concept of TCM and the soul of China culture. People should be in harmony with heaven and earth, people should be in harmony with others and people should be in harmony with themselves.

What is "harmony"? Why do China people emphasize the spirit of "harmony"? Tracing back to the source, let's start with the connotation of the word "harmony".

The explanation in Shuo Wen Jie Zi is "harmony and article".

How can we get things to the best state? In fact, it is necessary to reconcile with many principles, laws and methods. So "harmony" means "harmony".

Why are musicians and chefs the representatives of China culture?

* Eat healthy and have fun.

The methods and laws of reconciliation are often in the hands of some people with special skills.

There are two kinds of people who know how to reconcile best: a musician and a chef.

Call them teachers. A "teacher" is a person who makes rules and principles.

Elegant musicians have nothing to do with simple chefs, but why are they the people who know how to reconcile best?

We have to eat every day, and eating is a basic way to keep fit. On the other hand, music nourishes the human soul. The ancients believed that the only thing in the world that could affect people's souls was music.

If a person maintains a good body and does not maintain a good attitude, it is a walking corpse, not a health preservation. Health care is not limited to the physical level, and physical and mental harmony is the real way to health care. People should not only have a healthy body, but also have a great feeling of beautiful sunshine. This is called physical and mental health. This is also a very unique view of China's traditional culture.

Excellent musicians and chefs are masters of harmony, and they represent the high level of China culture.

Chef Yi Yin's Way of Reconciliation

"Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals" records that in the late summer and early Shang Dynasty, there was a man named Yi Yin, who was good at reconciling five flavors and was called "Kitchen God". Yi Yin is a chef in Shang Tang. He has his own unique perspective and principle on cooking, that is, he knows how to match the taste of food.

Any food has its own unique taste and characteristics. How to reconcile? Yi Yin said that it depends on three things: water, fire and taste. To remove the strange smell in food, we must first rely on fire and water to remove the strange smell by mastering the appropriate temperature and controlling the proportion of water; Secondly, it is necessary to achieve the purpose of removing odor through the reconciliation of acid, bitter and salty flavors.

Harmony of Five Flavors is the highest realm pursued by China's culinary arts. Yi Yin is not only a chef, but also the founder of the homology of medicine and food. According to the principle that five flavors enter the five zang-organs, Yi Yin developed the old single drug therapy into a compound therapy that combines monarch, minister, assistant and assistant to keep cold and heat. His book "Yi Yin Tang" is a classic of physicians handed down from generation to generation.

Yudao health tea and health soup are made according to this compatibility, which is of great benefit to the five internal organs of human body.

The prescription we often say, as the name implies, is actually to open the right direction. And what does this right direction mean? Is the state of "and". When the body and mind of the human body reach a "harmonious" state, it is moving in the right direction.

The idiom "mixing soup to make a tripod" refers to food such as a tripod, soup to meat, and mixing soup to make a tripod refers to cooking the meat. There is an ancient saying that whoever can adjust the tripod with a spoon can be the prime minister. The source of this is Yi Yin.

Yi Yin was born in a slave family, but he was ambitious and studious. Later, he became a chef in Shang Tang. However, he did not stop there, but carefully studied the policies of wise monarchs such as Three Emperors and Five Emperors and Dayu, and then cooked. On one occasion, he borrowed grain to put forward his own idea of governing the country to Shang Dynasty monarch Tang. He said: "Cooking should not be too salty or too light, and the ingredients should be adjusted; Governing the country is like cooking. We should not be too hasty or too slack. Only when it is just right can it be done well. " Shang Tang was greatly inspired after hearing this, and he reused Yi Yin, sealing it as a photograph. Yi Yin later did very well, becoming a veteran of the Shang Dynasty and a generation of sages.

Therefore, if we pay attention, we will find that people who make good food and music are all people who know how to take the road of harmony. Such people usually live comfortably in many aspects of life and can control everything. In fact, as the ancients said, "self-cultivation, governing the country, and leveling the world" and "cooking a little fresh food can rule a big country" are all based on the core concept of "harmony". People who know the way of harmony will be the most valuable talents and become the mainstay of society.

About Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism

Confucianism, with its high-spirited attitude towards life, the spirit of joining the WTO and the value orientation of altruism, has educated and inspired generations of people with lofty ideals to help the world and make great efforts, and has also made great achievements for countless heroes.

Tao, what is Tao, is the unchangeable law of all things in the world. Taoism attaches importance to the value of human existence as an individual, respects and even encourages all kinds of feelings of life's body and spirit, and provides a way to preserve health aimed at prolonging the life process. Advocating the "health preservation", "whole life", "raising relatives" and "whole year" of all sentient beings is tantamount to keeping out the cold and sending clothes and starving people for food. As far as specific individuals are concerned, progress can be Confucianism and retreat can be Tao; Attack can be Confucianism, and defense can be Tao; Success can be Confucianism, failure can be Tao; External can be Confucianism, internal can be Taoism. Confucianism has given us a solid earth, while Taoism has given us a free sky. People are in it, and they have no distractions. Confucianism teaches us to be responsible, while Taoism teaches us to lift weights easily.

Buddhism advocates that all beings suffer, and takes pain as the normal and premise of life; Advocating the reincarnation of the sixth generation and karma, and transferring all the compensation for suffering in this life to the afterlife, will make people's wishes impossible, even suffering at the end of their lives, and there is no need to feel sad, because this is a necessary investment in the happiness of the afterlife. Huineng Ceng Yun, founder of Zen Buddhism, said: "Secular people are fickle and full of distractions, which will hide their own nature. A person's heart is like a stream of water. The first thought came, and the second thought came again. Endless, it is difficult to break the knife. " It means that people in the secular world are troubled by various distractions all their lives because of their desires and interests, thus obscuring their proper nature. And make all kinds of people indulge in mundane trifles all day long, and have nothing to watch in their hearts, so they are frivolous and shallow, crazy and anxious. Only by giving up or reducing desires can the mind be calm. Indeed, human suffering stems from the contrast between reality and desire that can never be eliminated. There are only two ways to reduce pain, either to pursue hard or to reduce desire. People's abilities are limited and their desires are endless. It is wiser to control one's desires than to pursue them desperately, and it is difficult for him to reach a very high level of selflessness and liberation. Buddhism established this state for him.

Some people say that Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are one family, because their main purpose is to cultivate self-cultivation. Some people say that Confucianism is a primary school, Taoism is a middle school and Buddhism is a university. This is because everyone can understand Confucianism, which is most conducive to people's cultivation. Taoism, known as metaphysics, expounds the law of Tao and everything, which is suitable for people to go further and sublimate to a higher level. On the other hand, Shi Men expounded a higher level of practice method, which is beneficial to people's practice.

However, don't think that the level of Confucianism and Taoism is low, and the level of Buddhism is high. In fact, these three subjects can achieve the highest achievement, but Confucianism is easy to get started, Taoism is easy to lust, and Buddhism is easy to meditate. It's easy to say, but in fact, except Confucianism, the other two courses need high understanding to achieve something. In this way, Confucianism is more suitable for the world.

The ideas of these three schools are to eliminate those indifferent troubles through self-cultivation, so as to live freely in the present. To that highest level, I can do what the world can do, and I also pursue what the world pursues, but the world can't do what I can. But at that point, you shouldn't have this heart. If you have this heart, you can't get rid of it. At that time, you should know that all beings are truly equal. "All sages are different because of inaction", so you should look at the methods of explaining and practicing inaction, and don't be obsessed with different ideas.

Looking at Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, we can draw the following conclusions: as far as personality is concerned, the strong respect Confucianism, the wise believe in Taoism and the wise respect Buddhism. Generally speaking, for a person's life, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism can represent three realms:

When the blood is strong, if you want to make contributions, you will generally take the Confucian creed as the criterion, make great efforts and strive for self-improvement; After encountering setbacks, pride has subsided, even disheartened, and people begin to understand the value of Taoism, and gradually attach importance to self-cultivation and enjoy life to make up for the pain of setbacks; After repeated blows and despair, they often avoid an empty door, burn incense and fast, and meditate on the ethereal realm to comfort their traumatized hearts. If we really look at the belief orientation of most members in traditional society for most of their lives, we will find that the theories of Taoism and Buddhism play no less important role than Confucianism. Only with the support of the rulers can Confucianism occupy the center of ideology, but without Taoism and Buddhism to fill the vast spiritual space left by Confucianism, Confucianism will be overwhelmed.

To sum up, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are the three pillars of China traditional society, which complement each other and support the spiritual construction of China people. In other words, these three theories are integrated to form the spiritual river of China people. In the end, only different people have different opinions.
