What should I pay attention to when laying floor heating?
1, the approved paving workers should introduce the paving technology in detail before construction, and the construction can only start after the user approves it. 2. The unpaved ground of the fourth floor (1) is uneven or wet, so it is impossible to construct; (2) There is a pre-buried pipeline between the wall and the ground, and the location of the pipeline is not clear, so it is impossible to construct; (3) Cross mixing operation on the construction site; The construction period is too short to construct; (4) The laying type and the use of accessories are not confirmed, so the construction cannot be carried out; ■ Environmental requirements 1. On-site storage requires the goods to be delivered to the customer's home, stacked in a "well" shape, and the two ends of the carton are disassembled for natural ventilation; It shall be stored for not less than 3 days in summer and not less than 7 days in winter when the indoor temperature is above 10℃. Objective: To make the floor better adapt to the indoor temperature difference and avoid deformation and cracking caused by excessive temperature difference. 2. Before paving, the indoor temperature should be controlled above 10℃ and the relative humidity should be kept between 40% and 80%. If the site temperature is low, it is recommended to take heating measures before installation to make the temperature reach. Three-layer solid wood floor is not suitable for installation and use in toilets, toilets, saunas and public places with harsh environment. 3. Before paving, the ground and environment shall require (1) that the flatness of the ground shall be ≤3mm and the dry humidity shall be ≤ 20%. (2) Check whether there is water seepage or water leakage at the site. (3) Find out in detail whether there are embedded pipelines on the ground or on the wall. If there are, please indicate the pipeline location to avoid damaging the pipeline during construction. (4) Keep the ground clean and free from sundries and fall off. ■ Preparation and requirements before paving 1. Check the floor before paving, and determine the paving type and direction of the floor with customers. It is recommended that the floor be laid along the light. 2, check the ground flatness, dry humidity, and whether there are embedded pipes or floor heating system. 3. Paving the floor is the last working procedure in the decoration, which can only be carried out after the decoration project; It is forbidden to cross construction with other interior decoration projects. 4. The longest continuous paving on the ground shall not exceed 8m and the width shall not exceed 6m; Transition connectors should be installed in the excess part, and expansion gaps should be left on adjacent floors, and doors should be cut off. 5, after the ground is cleaned up, first spread a layer of plastic sheeting, plastic sheeting must choose thick, good materials, joints with tape lap 20cm, in order to isolate moisture; Spread a layer of damp-proof mat again, and the joints should overlap 10cm, and stick them with adhesive tape; Plastic sheets and moisture-proof mats should be turned over to the surrounding walls, and the height shall be subject to the cover of decorative pieces (baseboards). 6, the floor should be laid from the corner from left to right, tongue facing the wall; When splicing, they are connected at an inclination angle of 45 degrees, and they are connected in sequence along the length direction, so that the floor trough and tenon are recombined into a straight line. 7, the gap between the floor and the wall, should stay straight around, the reserved amount is not less than 8mm to ensure that the floor has enough room for expansion. ■ Floor heating (plumbing) paving: 1. In addition to the above requirements, the following requirements shall also be met. 2. Before paving the floor, the floor must be heated and dried step by step, and the inlet water temperature should reach at least 45℃ to ensure the normal operation of the heating system and keep it for more than 5 days, so that the ground is completely dry. 3. When the ground is laid, the ground moisture content shall not exceed10%; 4. It is suggested that the customer configure a "thermostat" indoors to control the temperature within the required range. 5, the ground with geothermal heating system, it is strictly prohibited to pick chisel, nail, hole and other operations on the ground, so as not to destroy the geothermal system; At the same time, do not install fixed decorations or legless furniture on the floor, so as not to affect the flow of hot air and weaken the thermal effect. ■ Requirements during paving 1. Before installing the floor, it is necessary to confirm the floor effect (color) with the customer to avoid any difference in the floor effect after paving. 2. Before paving, set the installation position of "connectors" (i.e. buckles, bridges, etc.). ). Installation requirements should be perpendicular to the door cover and the size should be appropriate, and there should be no noise after installation. 3. The pavement of the floor requires tight joints, no obvious height difference and no obvious gaps. 4, expansion joints around the floor, should be straight 8 mm or more to ensure enough expansion space. 5. During construction, try to save materials. 6. When installing the skirting board, it is required that the seams at both ends are tight and the height is consistent, and the nail hole position must be repaired with the same color putty. 7. If there is a wooden floor on the original ground, it is recommended to remove it; If it can't be removed, check the firmness and increase the reserved expansion of the original floor. ■ Pavement acceptance 1, floor acceptance time and standard solid wood composite floor must be cleaned up in time after completion, and accepted within three days after completion; The acceptance standard is based on GB/T20238-2006 Code for Laying, Acceptance and Use of Wood Floors. 2. Basic requirements for acceptance (1) Doors and door covers should be cut straight and smooth, and the gap between the door and the ground should be less than or equal to 5 mm; The gap between the floor and the door cover shall be ≤2mm. (2) The fastening belt should be fixed firmly, with no damage and nail cap marks on the surface, and the length and position are appropriate. (3) There are no obvious scratches, missing corners, cracks, paint damage and pits on the floor surface. (4) The floor expansion joints are serrated, and the distance from the wall should be above 8 mm. (5) Floor flatness is within the standard range, measure 2m with a ruler of ≤ 3 mm .. (6) Floor surface assembly height difference is ≤ 0.2mm, assembly spacing is ≤ 0.4mm. (7) Skirting board contact surface is flat, corners are straight, and nail holes are mended. (8) The floor shall be laid firmly, with no obvious looseness and no obvious noise when trampled. ■ Maintenance of solid wood composite floor 1. The floor needs to be cured for 24 hours before it can be used, so as not to affect the use effect of the floor. 2. After the floor is paved, please open the window for air and pay attention to adjusting the indoor temperature; Regular cleaning and maintenance. 3. Wipe along the floor with a non-dripping mop or cotton cloth to avoid a sharp increase in water content. 4. Prevent long-term exposure to the sun. 5, indoor humidity 40% or less, humidification measures should be taken; When the indoor humidity is ≥ 100%, ventilation and dehumidification should be carried out. 6. Avoid sharp objects or heavy objects from damaging the floor surface. 7. Abnormal maintenance or man-made damage does not belong to the warranty scope. ■ In addition to the above maintenance requirements, the maintenance of geothermal floor shall also meet the following requirements: 1. After installation for 48 hours, the floor shall be heated gradually, and the floor shall be kept clean and dry before heating to prevent the floor from cracking and twisting due to excessive temperature rise. 2. When geothermal heating is used for the first time or not used for a long time, it should be set to the lowest temperature first, and then heated slowly, preferably at about 65438 0℃ every two hours, and only heated at 5℃ every day, so that the wooden floor can gradually adapt to the temperature rise. If the heating is too fast, it may cause the wooden floor to be heated too fast, resulting in unstable distortion and cracking changes, which will affect the service life of the wooden floor. 3. Temperature control. It is very comfortable for the room temperature to reach about 2 1℃ in winter. If the temperature rises normally, it will not affect the use of geothermal floor. 4, the winter climate is dry, coupled with the use of geothermal heating, the floor is in high temperature for a long time, it is easy to dry. When the indoor relative humidity is ≤40%, humidification measures should be taken; In order to avoid cracking and deformation of the floor. 5. The wooden floor of geothermal heating should not be fixed as far as possible, and legless furniture should not be placed, so as to avoid local heat dissipation being blocked, and the heat is confined in the wooden floor, which may easily cause uneven heating and deformation of the floor. 6. The surface of the geothermal floor is a heat dissipation surface, and there is no need to fix decorations or place legless furniture on the floor as far as possible, so as not to affect the flow of hot air and weaken the thermal effect. Special attention: Pay attention to the gradual cooling procedure before shutting down the geothermal system. As the season goes on, when the weather temperature rises and indoor heating is no longer needed, it should be noted that there is a process to close the geothermal system, and the cooling process of the floor should be gradual and not sudden. If the cooling speed is too fast, it will also affect the service life of the floor.
