(1) Pay more attention to your thoughts and make your manners introverted: When practicing Tai Ji Chuan, you should concentrate on it, get rid of other thoughts, keep your manners, and not be distracted by other things. If God is introverted, there will be "no thoughts inside", and the spirit will be cultivated and the body and mind will be happy; If you are calm and optimistic, your pulse will be smooth and your body will be healthy naturally.
(2) Regulating qi and nourishing the whole body: Tai Ji Chuan cooperates with breathing to make qi sink in the abdomen, thus stimulating internal qi to run in the body. Lung governs qi and regulates breathing; Kidney governs qi, and qi is the root of vitality. Lung and kidney cooperate, breathing is thin, even, long and slow. This kind of abdominal breathing not only enhances and improves the ventilation function of the lungs, but also benefits the kidney and protects the vitality. When the abdomen is full of qi, the internal qi will flow all over the body, and the viscera and body will be nourished.
(3) Starting to promote qi and blood circulation: Tai Ji Chuan draws blood from the heart and transports the body by qi. The internal qi originates in Dantian and drives the whole body by rotating the waist and spine, which is called "waist as the axis" and "immobility". Qi passes through the four meridians of Ren, Du, Dai and Chong, up to the shoulders, arms, elbows and wrists, down to the hips, knees and ankles, and even the four ends of hands and feet. After qi circulates around the body, it returns to the abdomen, so all muscles, bones, joints and limbs have been exercised. It has the effects of activating bones and muscles, dredging meridians, promoting qi circulation and promoting blood circulation.
