Huang's martial arts career and hobbies are the best teachers. When I was a child, my family's economy was poor. When I was in middle school, I couldn't afford meals. Luyuan went to class by bike and took more junior high school courses. When I got home, my family were busy with farm work and often missed meals, so I went back to school. I was very thin at that time, weighing only a few tens of kilograms, which seriously affected my health and academic performance. Dropped out of high school, worked in Quanzhou for a few years, and suffered a lot. Later, I came to Xiamen to learn how to repair household appliances. When I was eighteen, I opened a shop to do business. Because I have a fever, I specialize in audio appliances, gradually expanding my influence in local business and becoming a well-known professional shopping mall in the local area. During this period, I learned the popular space dance of Jiangxi people, exercised flexibly, and consolidated the foundation of martial arts.

When I was a child, I was often bullied because of my weak body, so I wanted to keep fit and become a real man. 19 years old (1992), I was introduced to an electrician in Xilin paper mill in our village (Honglai Xilin Village, Nan 'an, Quanzhou, Fujian). His name is Lin Xiaoti, a native of Nan 'an Wharf, a boxer of Yongchun White Crane. Lin Xiaoti studied under Shishan and under Pan, a master of Yongchun. Yongchun Wenggong Temple Kungfu Hall (founded in 1928) was very happy at that time and officially worshipped him as a master. Teacher Xiao Tian was my first martial arts teacher, which made me fall in love with China martial arts. He is a respected, contemporary and scientific teacher.

During the period of 1993, several other disciples followed the master to participate in the Wushu exhibition in Liucheng Martial Arts School in Nan 'an. My master took part in the routine of White Crane Boxing, and he showed the style and characteristics of Yongchun White Crane Boxing to the fullest. I was deeply impressed by the crane's singing when it spread its wings. Finally, the master won the Golden Cup Award (first place).

At that time, physical fitness was very poor. When I practiced martial arts with other disciples, I did the same amount of exercise and sweated very little. But master said I was very talented in martial arts. His words filled me with motivation and taught us that learning Wushu must be perseverance+hard work+skillful practice+talent = success. From Master, I learned some routines, such as He Quan's Three Wars, Thirteen Taibao, Fairy Picking Flowers, and some Sanda techniques. Master Xiao Ti is a science teacher in the new era. His teaching method is very good and devoted, and he will not mislead others. It is also said that Wushu needs actual combat and should be used on the spot. I think so, otherwise it will become fitness gymnastics. Soon, it won't last long. The paper mill closed down and Master was not at home. Lost a chance to learn and missed the master.

1994 was bullied at the old bridge head in Honglai for his family. The first time I fought with someone was because I couldn't stand it. I have no actual combat experience, and the other party is burly. I don't know how to attack. The opponent's hand was very long, and two or three straight punches rushed in. I didn't expect to have a natural reaction after practicing some white crane boxing. I feel that I have no strength to fight back under the quick attack of the other side, and finally I have finished picking my hand. Not long after, I overheard a fruit seller seriously damaging my business out of thin air. I couldn't bear to rush over, grabbed his shoulders with both hands and raised my knees against his abdomen. I didn't expect men to react quickly. He pressed my knee with one hand, and the other hand pressed my long hair quickly, turning into bending down and not hitting each other. If someone else pulls it, it's over. Later I learned that this man is a veteran of the army and a good catcher. This is my first experience of failure.

After these two things, I felt that practicing routines was not good for fighting, so I gave up practicing Baihe Boxing, went to the bookstore to buy books on Muay Thai and fitness, set up a small gym to teach myself how to practice the muscle strength and elbow and knee skills of Muay Thai, and set up two sandbags, one of which was extremely hard and heavy, filled with sand and gravel, and the other was specially equipped with a sponge, which was extremely soft and light. The heavy one strengthens the joint hardness from light to heavy, while the light one mainly develops the beating force and will melt. Advantages: enhance strength and keep fit. Disadvantages: the muscles become a little stiff and the strength is slow. Later, Tai Ji Chuan's relaxation skills were integrated, with acrobatics as the main and bodybuilding as the supplement.

Once, I read in a book that the 500-year title of Muay Thai as an opponent was broken by China Kung Fu King Bruce Lee, and I was always fascinated by Bruce Lee's Kung Fu. At that time, the network was underdeveloped, and I went to many places to collect a picture and information. I watched the movie starring Bruce Lee for hundreds of times, and I carefully pondered the idea of Jeet Kune Do. Later, I put a wing chun dummy in my office.

Once a friend's big gym activity, a Sanda coach communicated with me. I responded with Jeet Kune Do, imitating Bruce Lee's posture and hitting him quickly. At the moment of losing balance, he turned around in the air and lightning backhand hit me. This time, I realized the importance of speed and balance in sports.

1995, it is said that Honglai came to Nanjing as a Tai Chi master of Artest, and later he taught most of Tai Ji Chuan here. I took time to visit the master. This time, I gained a lot. The master is very kind and has a soft face. At first, I saw their fists were soft and seemed to have no strength. I just feel that the ligaments and muscles of practicing Tai Chi are relaxed. Master read my mind, came over and gently took my hand and said, "Young man, you practiced Sanda well." Because he touched my fist cocoon and saw my strong muscles (I wore a vest in summer), he turned his hand to the Qi Hai point (Dantian) under my navel and plunged into it, saying, "Young man, you don't practice boxing, you hit the air." You exercise outside, but you don't catch your breath inside. Try attacking our Tai Chi Chuan. " How dare I touch an old master (over 60 years old)? He insisted that I do it with peace of mind, so I first tried to punch him in the chest with five components. He didn't hide or dodge, and his body turned. My fist is like hitting my sponge sandbag, which is difficult to melt. The second move, he told me to press his wrist hard, I pressed hard, and he was released by spiral strength. I don't believe he said you would do it again, so I won't be merciless. I let my guard down and hit him hard in the face with my front palm. One is to cover his eyes, and the other is to disturb his back hand with a quick punch and hit him in the abdomen. I didn't expect it to be solved by turning around with his two hands. Then I was ejected two steps away from a queue, which really convinced me. The master also told me about the listening ability of Tai Chi pushers, and broke the balance with his own strength. I think Tai Ji Chuan is the most profound regimen.

Tai Chi takes ten years indoors, and Sanda takes three months to kill. Tai Chi is a kind of martial arts that is difficult to master, but I have absorbed a lot of essence. Shaolin is a martial arts practice (actual combat practice), while Muay Thai is a horizontal practice (great lethality and poor physique).

After 1997, the business in shopping malls is very easy to do and rarely practiced. I found that practicing these actual combat techniques is not as good as practicing Yongchun Baihe Boxing before, especially the vigor, so I began to practice Baihe Boxing together. In the next few years, I often visited famous teachers and made friends with people who practiced martial arts. Only when the three of us had a teacher can we make progress. There is a village near us that practices martial arts and ancestral boxing, and I often get together with some boxing friends.

In the years after 1999, my progress in martial arts was seriously affected, because I was misled by careless friends, and there was a gap between the moral cultivation of teachers and students and the understanding of martial arts. You have to be careful when you worship teachers and accept students, just like there is another article below this article; The wrong way will have a long-term impact. I walked into the misunderstanding of martial arts and society. In recent years, if you don't advance, you will retreat.

In 20001year, the school held a summer martial arts class, and the first phase actually received 96 students. I also realized the hardship of being a coach, but I got a lot of experience. Later, after several years of continuous operation, there were more apprentices. Unfortunately, few people can persist in posting, and the traditional martial arts in China are worrying. During this period, I often visited Yongchun's famous teachers, and my martial arts were endless.

I made the greatest progress in 2007. CCTV held a martial arts conference to build a platform to promote China martial arts, so I signed up to enter the martial arts world and met many martial arts friends. I signed up for the Wu Zu Boxing Competition in Quanzhou and took to the stage to compete with more than 200 experts. My game was broadcast in 2008. In the hard challenge, I was busy with my business, without professional practice, and my physical strength and skills deteriorated greatly. I tried to cross the barrier. He played many games with various masters and was finally chosen as the player of Jin Jing. Before I went to Beijing, I trained in Quanzhou for another month and played many internship competitions. Learning has absorbed the efforts of many martial arts masters and martial arts predecessors in Quanzhou, and the on-the-spot experience has been improved. Business pressure has also greatly affected my competition. ) In order to compete, I didn't do business or practice martial arts professionally for three months. When I arrived in Beijing, I won the big technical test and reversed Gan Kun, losing the semi-finals (related to not sleeping for a few days). I think it's important to participate in the study, even the first place is an instant. There is no best, only better is the way to improve martial arts.

Teacher Han Jianzhong, the chief judge of CCTV Wulin Conference, said to me, "You love Wushu very much and have the spirit of dedicating yourself to it. That's good. Also let me see martial arts successors. The development of traditional Wushu needs a group of young people like you to work hard. Failure and frustration are the mother of success. As long as you have determination and confidence, you will have a bright future. " I think setbacks and failures get more things, and I am deeply impressed by the old teacher's words.

Men don't cry easily. Entering Wulin has taught me what Jianghu is. This society is too complicated, people are too difficult to do, and being too kind to people may not be rewarded, but sometimes it will suffer. For this reason, I suffered unprecedented injury and rejection, frustration and pain, loss of reputation and personality, which made me shed diamond-like tears. I feel that the rivers and lakes are just a big dye vat, colorful. What you see and hear is not necessarily true, and things are often upside down.

In 2008, I summed up my own martial arts, combined with the skills I had learned before, including Baihequan, Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun Quan, Wuzuquan, Tai Ji Chuan, Muay Thai and other famous martial arts essences, and also learned Taekwondo and Karate. Each kind of boxing has its own advantages and disadvantages. One person can't absorb it if he practices too much. He only practiced one kind and wasted what he had learned hard. Just build a crane boxing road and collect the essence for everyone to enjoy. Because of my personal experience, I think Sanda and fighting techniques are simpler and more practical than routines, but they have lost the profound boxing principles in routines, including internal strength and health preservation. Due to personal opinions and various reasons, the principle of China Wushu is to keep fit and cultivate one's morality, which is why China traditional Wushu once declined. Many experts are in the folk, and (often exchange performances) lack actual combat. This makes it difficult for abstruse routine boxing to invoke the learned movements in the instant reaction of duet, which is limited by the application of one courage, two skills, three kungfu and four strengths.

Crane boxing is mainly based on crane method, which is integrated into the strength defense philosophy of Jeet Kune Do. It is simple and practical, and pays attention to health preservation and technical attack.

Fierce cranes are used to inherit China's traditional martial arts, while fighting cranes are mainly fighting sports, practicing courses in a mixed way, bringing out the best in each other and becoming the crystallization of modern and traditional martial arts.
