In summer and autumn, we need to pay attention to four kinds of skin diseases.
When I arrived in Qiu Lai in summer, it was chilly. Although the autumn is crisp, the moisture has not returned, the sun is shining, and there are still many mosquitoes. After the "baptism" of hot and humid summer, our skin will immediately meet the invasion of cool autumn. People with poor skin tolerance and people with skin diseases will feel uncomfortable. In this regard, Qi Qi, director of the Dermatology Department of Hebei Dermatology and Prevention Institute, took stock of some common skin diseases this season and taught everyone to take appropriate measures to protect the skin.

prickly heat

Although the weather is crisp in autumn, it is very cold in the morning and very hot in the afternoon. Coupled with the "autumn tiger", cold and heat alternate, and many people still have prickly heat on their skin. Rash is mostly due to poor perspiration in a hot and sultry environment, or the oozing sweat suddenly meets cold air or cold water, which leads to the occlusion of sweat pores and the retention of sweat in the skin, forming superficial inflammation of the skin. In case of microbial infection, it is red or pustule.

Treatment: You can take a bath with warm water and use calamine lotion and prickly heat powder for external use. If itching is severe, antihistamines can be taken orally appropriately. In case of abscess or skin infection, appropriate anti-infective drugs, such as Baiduobang and fusidic acid, should be selected.

Prevention: Take a bath frequently and keep your skin dry. Don't turn the temperature of the air conditioner too low, avoid taking a cold shower, especially when sweating, to avoid cold skin.

Insect bite dermatitis

"Autumn wind sweeps the waves, autumn insects sing", and mosquitoes and bedbugs should also seize the last moment to "have a full meal". Caterpillars, ants and bees are also active in this season. Insects slightly stimulate the skin to appear wheal rash, and in severe cases, edema and skin ulceration will occur.

Treatment: Mild symptoms can be treated with topical antipruritic ointment, such as calamine lotion, cooling oil and toilet water. Severe symptoms can be treated in time.

Prevention: reduce the stay time in Woods, grass and humid environment, wear long-sleeved trousers when necessary, and protect yourself. Clothes and bedding are exposed to the sun. When you go to the park or have an outing, take mosquito repellent with you.

light injury

Autumn is crisp and sunny, and it is also a season with strong ultraviolet rays. Many patients who are sensitive to light will have skin erythema and papules, and in severe cases, blisters and desquamation will occur.

Treatment: For mild cases, calamine lotion and glucocorticoid ointment can be used externally. Emergency sunburn can be cold compress, and indomethacin tincture has obvious pain. If the symptoms are serious, you should see a doctor.

Prevention: you must do a good job of physical and chemical sun protection when you go out. It is recommended to wear sunscreen, umbrella and sun hat.

Pustular herpes

Children's skin is delicate, and bacteria are more likely to invade children's skin in summer and autumn, resulting in pustules, blisters and pustules on the head, face, mouth and limbs, and yellow water flowing out to infect other parts. This skin disease can also be transmitted to each other through children's play and play.

Treatment: it must be isolated to prevent infection to others. Try not to scratch when itching to prevent the disease from expanding. Antibiotic ointment or disinfectant can be used externally.

Prevention: cultivate good hygiene habits, take a bath frequently, change clothes frequently, cut nails, and handle minor wounds in time. Children with this disease should be isolated.
