1 Overview of Tea Culture Education

Culture mainly includes material behavior culture and spiritual psychology culture. With the development and progress of culture, culture is no longer a simple form, but a set of value systems. Tea culture is produced and developed under this cultural background. As a representative of human history, tea culture has experienced thousands of years of development and evolution on the basis of tea, and many traditional tea drinking customs have been preserved to this day, which has become a valuable asset for the development of human civilization. With the deepening of human research on tea culture, tea culture has gradually penetrated into modern education and become a special educational course. In the study of tea culture, how to organize a more scientific and effective tea culture system and construct the application field of tea culture is the main problem faced by the current education sector and the core content of tea culture development. Since 1980s, some scholars have called for the study of tea culture as a special subject. Tea culture has independent research objects, certain research contents and a standard value system. Tea art is the main content of tea culture. With the continuous development and progress of tea culture, tea education has become the representative content of tea culture research. With the increasing prosperity of tea activities, the demand for tea talents is growing. In order to meet the needs of social development, many colleges and universities offer tea courses. Tea science contains rich contents, but tea culture is still its premise and foundation.

2 Research field of tea culture education

As an important part of tea culture, tea education aims at mastering tea culture knowledge more comprehensively to meet various needs of tea culture activities. The study of tea culture can be distinguished from different angles. Due to the development of tea culture, it is unrealistic to establish a unified and perfect education system. From different angles, we can construct different structural systems to complement each other. As far as tea education is concerned, whether it is higher education or vocational training, professionals are trained, which can meet social needs on the basis of scientific and systematic knowledge, mainly for social posts. Therefore, only with the professional knowledge of tea culture as the support, the cultivation of tea talents should also conform to the laws of education, and fully clarify the correlation between tea culture and other disciplines, so as to meet the development needs of the times.

2. 1 The purpose of tea art specialty is to meet the needs of society.

With the development and evolution of tea culture, the first thing that attracts people's attention is the standardization and artistry of drinking tea, that is, tea art, which not only shows the technicality of tea activities, but also tends to be artistic and ideological. Tea art has been endowed with more aesthetic features and artistic forms, so it is called tea art, and the ways of tea art are also very rich. Tea art exists in both folk life and ordinary tea drinking activities. When people pursue the purification and sublimation of thought and spirit, there is also tea art. In the promotion of modern tea, tea art is also essential. How to popularize a more scientific way of drinking tea and how to publicize and establish a tea brand in the art form of tea art has become the research content of current tea culture. Tea art is a post generated by social demand, and tea art has also become a field of employment for professionals. As one of the needs of the development of modern society, tea art provides professional occupations and talents, and behind them is the scientific progress closely related to the connotation of tea culture. Without the foundation and support of tea culture, tea art can't really establish its position.

Because China tea culture is profound and has a long history, the study of tea culture includes history, literature, philosophy and other comprehensive contents. The rich connotation of tea culture has further promoted the prosperity and development of tea culture art and promoted the development of social economy. Thirdly, as a tool discipline, tea art mainly focuses on the behavior and practice of tea, so it has strong practicality and practicability. Tea art is a comprehensive practical subject, which is mainly based on the history of tea, and uses tea as an object to interpret rich and creative ways of drinking tea, and at the same time has a positive role in promoting the production, management and economic development of tea. Tea art is a special cultural discipline and an important form of tea culture. Analysis and research from the perspective of tea culture further enriches the knowledge structure and expression forms of tea culture. Finally, tea management is also an important part of tea education. The research object is the economic law of drinking tea. Economic development is closely related to culture. Paper 2 on Tea Culture Research on Tea Culture and Tea Room Space Design

abstract:

This paper briefly introduces tea culture and tea room, and analyzes the combination mode of tea culture and contemporary tea room space design, aiming at providing reference for the combination of tea room design and tea culture.

Key words:

Tea culture; Tea room; interior design

As the saying goes? Seven things to open the door in the morning, rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea? , so? Tea? The important position in China people's life, China has been a big tea country since ancient times, with a wide variety of tea and a long history of tea culture. With the development of tea culture, drinking tea is loved by more and more people. Tea naturally needs places, and there are more and more tea rooms, teahouses, teahouses and tea kiosks. With the improvement of people's aesthetic and spiritual needs, the requirements for the design of teahouse space are getting higher and higher. However, the analysis of the current situation of tea room space design in China shows that the design style is too vulgar to fully reflect the cultural and interesting nature of tea culture. How to improve the design level of teahouse space has become a difficult problem for many teahouse designers. Therefore, the study of tea culture and contemporary teahouse space design in this paper has very important practical significance.

1 Introduction to Tea Culture and Tea Room

1. 1 Introduction to tea culture. There are different opinions about the origin of tea. Wild tea trees are recorded in Erya, a history book in 200 BC. Tea Classic? Tea is for drinking. Is it Shennong's? Many scholars believe that tea originated in Qin and Han Dynasties. With people's knowledge and understanding of tea, after a lot of transplantation, reproduction and production, it has formed its present scale. The development of tea culture can be summarized as? Originated in Shennong, heard of Duke Zhou of Lu, flourished in Tang and flourished in Song? With the development of other traditional cultures in China, tea culture has reached the present level, and it is becoming more and more popular because of its integration of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism.

1.2 Introduction to Teahouse. Teahouses began in the Tang Dynasty, when tea culture prevailed. Scholars gradually began to love tea culture and built a unique tea ceremony, which facilitated the spread of tea ceremony, tea ceremony and tea ceremony in China. Scenery is constantly being introduced into the design of teahouses. In order to prevent the conflict of indoor scenery, it is necessary to create a unique indoor environment through scientific indoor space design on the basis of preserving tea culture, provide a place for tea drinkers and friends to rest and drink tea, and engage in recreational activities at the same time.

2 tea culture and tea room space design combined analysis

2. 1 space design. The space design of tea room should include service desk, exhibition hall, tea room, pool, courtyard, promenade, tea room, storage room, hall, etc. In order to prevent repetition in the design process, the space size of all tea rooms should be strictly regulated. The indoor space can be divided by simple space layout to create a quiet and simple atmosphere, and the indoor space can also be divided by complex geometry to reflect the unstable factors of indoor space and affect the whole tea room. At the same time, according to the preferences of tea drinkers, we can divide the tea room space and set up different functional areas, mainly including tea room, tea gallery, tea pavilion and tea pavilion. Take southwest China as an example, local people prefer to drink tea in the open air, especially in cloisters and courtyards.

2.2 Functional design. When designing a teahouse, it should be designed according to the different functional divisions of the teahouse, mainly including tea tasting area, tea boiling area and tea making seats. This paper mainly takes the design of tea pad as an example. Tea-making mat, also known as tea mat, is the core area for holding tea parties and tasting tea in the teahouse. Tea mat is a place for tea, drinking tea and making tea. When designing a tea pad, there should be a place for tea drinkers to sit and make tea. When holding a tea party, if the guests are around the coffee table, the cups used for tea tasting can be placed on the coffee table, so that the tea service can be omitted. If there are many guests, the teahouse should be designed away from the tea seats, so it is necessary to design the tea service at this time. At present, the leisure function of multifunctional tea rooms should be to provide places for guests to sit, lie down or lie on the floor, for example, to use big kang beds, platforms or tatami, or to change chairs into piers and futons. Tea table is an indispensable tool for making tea mats. In order to facilitate movement, a coffee table with convenient storage and folding functions should be adopted. In order to achieve the purpose of making tea, the tea pad should have the following tea sets: 1. Main tea set The main tea set includes a tea cup, a lid, a pot pad, a mug without a handle, a tea bowl, a teapot and a tea serving tray; Secondly, tea sets are used to store tea powder or tea sets, such as tea pots and teapots. Thirdly, the water preparation device is used to treat tea leaves, tea dregs, equipment for preparing tea or tea sets, such as kettles, water bottles and water boilers; Fourth, the auxiliary tea set is convenient for making tea, such as timer, tea brush, tea towel, tea lotus and so on. At the same time, we should also hang appropriate calligraphy and painting, put appropriate ornaments and sculptures, and smoke appropriate spices. Create a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for tea drinkers on the tea pad.

2.3 teahouse traffic design. The traffic of the tea room should be designed according to the building type of the tea room, mainly including bathroom, pool, service desk, exhibition hall, courtyard, tea room, hall and entrance. The space design of modern tea room should pay attention to the combination of different spaces to prevent the problem of repeated combination of spaces, so as to improve the uniqueness of indoor space traffic design and better meet people's actual needs. For example, in order to create a sense of nature, modernity and strength, the ceiling design of halls and corridors should use bamboo strips, and curtain walls can also be built with bamboo to create a modern teahouse space. When designing the open teahouse space, we should pay attention to the combination with outdoor space and environment, and add natural factors and interesting factors to better meet people's spiritual needs.

2.4 Service design. Modern teahouse service design refers to the ancillary facilities of each functional area, mainly including storage room, staff room, manager room, bathroom and so on. When designing the above-mentioned service facilities, we should avoid the conflict between the functions of the teahouse and the service functions, and at the same time, we should pay attention to the coordination between the service design and the overall atmosphere of the teahouse, which can not only provide convenient services for tea customers, but also not adversely affect the teahouse guests.

2.5 Lighting design. Lighting design directly affects the environmental atmosphere of the whole teahouse. Therefore, artificial lighting and natural lighting should be fully considered in the lighting design of teahouses. For artificial lighting, suitable light sources, lamps of different colors and sizes should be selected according to the overall environment of the teahouse. For natural lighting, different shapes of lighting openings should be designed in the teahouse to absorb natural light through doors, windows and side openings. The design of lamps is very important in lighting design. When designing lamps, we should choose lamps that are consistent with the overall design style of the teahouse, and pay attention to the selection of lighting colors and lighting methods. At present, the most commonly used forms of lamps are table lamps, floor lamps, wall lamps, projection lamps, chandeliers, etc., and the lighting methods include side projection, direct lighting, and integral lighting. The choice of lamps in different areas of the teahouse is also different. Incandescent lamps should be selected for diffuse lighting in the lobby, and warm light sources should be used as far as possible. The service desk should use directional embedded downlights to display the products in the display cabinet and serve the tea customers at the service desk; Outdoor pool should use floodlights, embedded in the inner wall of the pool, sealed with transparent glass, and directly projected onto the water at night; Lights in public places are usually divided into corridor road lights, indoor access lights and emergency evacuation lights. The indicator light should be selected in a fixed color to play the role of safety indication.

2.6 Decoration design. In the design of teahouse space, in order to create a unique atmosphere, we should pay attention to the decorative design of indoor space. Flower arrangement, painting hanging and incense burning are widely used in the design of teahouse space. The specific performance is as follows: First, the design of flower arrangement, flower arrangement is an important material to beautify the tea room environment, and it can also make the body and mind calm and return to nature. There are Zen camellia and literati camellia in the tea room. Zen camellia is mainly concentrated in Japanese tea rooms, and literati camellia pays more attention to nature and tries to avoid symmetry. Tea room flower arrangement does not have to have flowers, branches, leaves, fruits and so on, but it is forbidden to use fake flowers and grass, and on-site flower arrangement is also allowed. Secondly, hanging pictures is an important ornament to beautify the tea room. When choosing a hanging picture, choose a hanging axis that is worthy of appreciation or expression. For example, at the Chongyang tea party, you can hang ink and chrysanthemum paintings, which can increase the interest and meaning of the tea party; Third, burn incense, the smell of tea ceremony incense can not contain miscellaneous gas, when welcoming guests, guests can smell fresh smell, if there is a smell like nothing at the door, it can make the tea table more quiet and serene. If you want to enjoy the fragrance, you should decorate the fragrance that matches the style of the whole teahouse.

2.7 Furniture design. At present, the tea room furniture styles on the market mainly include modern style, leisure style, pastoral style, Japanese style and Chinese style. When choosing furniture, you should choose furniture that matches the style of the teahouse. The furniture in the teahouse includes antique shelves, tea sets, tea trays, tea sofas, tea stools and tea tables. The choice of furniture should be based on the size of indoor space and the tea drinking habits of tea people. At the same time, the choice of furniture materials is also very important. Different materials can bring different feelings to people's vision and aesthetics. With the development of science and technology, there are many kinds of modern furniture materials, such as plastic furniture, leather furniture, bamboo and rattan furniture, steel furniture, wooden furniture, glass furniture and so on. Choose the corresponding materials according to the overall style of the teahouse. For example, rural style, we should choose bamboo and rattan furniture, wooden furniture and so on.

2.8 Grounding design. The floor design of tea room should attach importance to the beauty of simplicity. Wood has vitality and affinity, and is favored by designers and tea drinkers. Using artificial matt wood can not only present the natural color of the material, but also present a free and easy, light and natural natural beauty. The ground design of the teahouse should ensure a wide field of vision. According to the indoor environment and atmosphere, choose the corresponding floor materials, such as stone, brick, wood, glass, etc. Comprehensive application and clever collage can reflect the special spiritual quality and physiological and psychological needs of tea people. When designing the shape of the ground, we can use changes, ups and downs, twists and turns and other shapes to give people a sense of rhythm, rhythm and layering. Platform space is a part of raising the indoor floor, and the prominent floor is very eye-catching, which can attract people's attention in modeling, show the owner's personality, broaden their horizons and delight the tea people. Sinking space is the sinking indoor floor, which divides a changeable and well-defined space environment in the teahouse, giving people a sense of tranquility, concealment and novelty. Especially in the bustling urban environment, sinking space can relax people's nerves and give people a relaxed and pleasant feeling. This natural, quiet and leisure ground form is favored by more and more urbanites.

3 Conclusion

In a word, tea culture is an important branch of China traditional culture. As an important carrier to embody, spread and inherit tea culture, tea room space design should fully integrate tea culture into tea room space design to create a tea room atmosphere full of tea culture for tea customers. Therefore, in the actual design process, we should use tea culture reasonably, create a quiet and peaceful environment, let people know and appreciate the traditional tea culture in the process of eating and tasting tea, and relax their spirit with the help of the unique soul in the teahouse space, so as to realize inner peace and development in the noisy modern city.
