It is very important to respect teachers and friends. ~ ~ ~ ~ Chen Zhaokui once said: "Without the virtue of eight generations, people can't learn Tai Ji Chuan well." ~ ~ ~ ~ The master also warned me, "If you want other people's things to be bad, you have to let others take the initiative to give you something. ~ ~ ~ ~ So how can I get the master to give you something?
Give two examples:
An old man lost a shoe while walking. A young man saw it, picked it up and helped the old man put on his dirty and smelly shoes. The old man is gone. After a while, the old man's shoes fell off again and the young man helped him put them on again. This was repeated three times. The old man said, "This man can teach you." ~ ~ ~ ~ Then the old man told him, "Come tomorrow morning and I'll give you something." ~ ~ ~ ~-The next morning, the young man arrived as scheduled, but the old man beat him to it. The old man said, "You are late today. Come back tomorrow." ~ ~ ~ ~ On the third day, the young man came early, but he fell behind the old man. This time, the young man stayed up all night, waiting for the arrival of the old man. ~ ~ ~ ~ The old man came, and this time he was satisfied and gave the young man a book. Since then, the young man has become a celebrity under the guidance of the old man.
One of our classmates who studied boxing together always wanted to be an apprentice and a boss. The master told him that learning from the master was secondary. I'll teach you, and you should study hard and work harder on boxing. This is the main thing.
In a performance, the master asked him to perform alone. After that, the feedback was good. From then on, he thought he was a minor celebrity, and he wouldn't listen to anything the master said. He thought he was superior, so he talked to the master. Everyone was angry and parted ways.
Two examples reveal two different ideological realms from both positive and negative aspects. ~ ~ ~ ~ The former is kind, loyal and patient, which embodies the connotation and personal accomplishment of the young man, while the latter embodies the mental disorder and the lack of motivation; ~ ~ ~ ~ The former was thought to be teachable by the elders, while the latter was defiant and finally abandoned. ~ ~ ~ ~ The former has a good virtue, and the old man took the initiative to pass on kung fu to him. The latter has no virtue, but has only learned the fur, that's all. ~ ~ ~ ~ Therefore, if you want to learn something, you should put yourself in the lowest position and be a pupil forever. Only in this way can you learn something and benefit from it.
Second: positioning
To learn from Tai Ji Chuan, we must first put ourselves in a proper position. ~ ~ ~ As the saying goes, "People die more than others". Some people are rich, while others are poor. Can you compare it? Can you live better? ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ So, you can't compare with others, you should compare with yourself, and then you will be happy in your own land of Xiaotian. ~ ~ ~ The same is true for practicing boxing. According to your own conditions, it is best to position yourself reasonably and set it lower. Once you reach your goal, you will be satisfied. If you overfulfil your goals, you will have a sense of accomplishment, enhance your self-confidence and bring benefits to your life. Otherwise, you will be very disappointed.
People's own conditions are different, some are weak and sick, and some are strong, so a reasonable positioning ultimately depends on a person's mentality.
Three: study.
There are many people who do morning exercises, especially those who practice Tai Ji Chuan. ~ ~ ~ ~ But when you walk among them, how many people read books and watch boxing? Very little. So many people practice Tai Chi just like doing exercises, right? ~ ~ ~ ~ Tai Chi is well transmitted and can exert "charm". And this "charm" I think is the embodiment of boxing theory. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Not only depends on the boxing, but also the related books. For example: Yijing, meridian science of traditional Chinese medicine and so on. ~ ~ ~ ~ Learn Boxing Besides your master, don't forget that your other master is Shu. If you want to make your boxing comfortable and make others like it, look for the answer in the book.
Four: learn boxing, practice more, ask more questions and watch more.
Tai Ji Chuan is a treasure of traditional culture in China, which consists of four theoretical pillars: the Book of Changes, the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Taoist health preservation and traditional art of war. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ is very abstract, and some things are difficult to express in words and language. Without the oral guidance of a famous teacher, you can't learn by reading books and watching CDs by yourself. When the master is teaching others, you might as well pay attention to it, so that you can make up for your shortcomings and improve your boxing frame.
"Ask if you can't learn, ask if you don't understand" is the only way to succeed. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Think carefully when you walk, so as to be loose, soft, slow and steady. I don't know, it's not good and it doesn't make sense. This is because you don't understand boxing theory. With the continuous improvement of the work, step by step, you will have your own views, and you can selectively see and clarify your own views. This time shows that you have made progress in boxing. If you are good, accept it and become your own. If it's not good, it's your own fault. You can't do it again.
To learn from Tai Ji Chuan, we should work hard on the word "practice". There is no shortcut on this issue. ~ ~ ~ ~ However, we must practice according to the law and integrate theory with practice in order to gain something. ~ ~ ~ ~ ` Some people think that "boxing 10,000 times" means practicing more. This is not true. There is a premise, that is: rules. No matter how hard you try, you can't go back if you don't practice according to the rules.
Five: To learn boxing, we must understand the truth that "training can succeed"
"Three points of practice, seven points of practice." It is true that "the master leads the door, and the practice is in the individual", but what kind of master you worship is very important, which is directly related to the "quality" of your boxing study. ~ ~ ~ ~ Some people have been boxing all their lives, and they don't know what "varus" means, let alone how to turn it. ~ ~ ~ "Inner Turn in the Dantian" is the essence of Tai Ji Chuan. Why not practice dantian? Such a person can only say that he has practiced flower racks all his life. The same is fitness, the quality is of course different, and the nature of giving back to you is different. If you worship such a person as a teacher, aren't you doing the opposite? ~ ~ ~ ~ so you can't blindly learn from the teacher. You should walk more, see more and ask more questions. Find someone who knows a lot about boxing and martial arts to be your master. To put it bluntly, he is a man with both civil and military skills. Let you take shortcuts, master the basic essentials in the shortest time and the fastest speed, and don't take detours in the learning process.
Seven: Don't be greedy for more and less, but seek better.
Being a man can't be greedy, and learning boxing can't be greedy. Wushu is a physical art, so we should treat practicing boxing as an artistic enjoyment and revel in it, instead of performing official duties and becoming a burden. Ten: Don't be crazy, full or full when learning boxing.
Boxing theory and the principle of being a man are interlinked. If you are conceited, your kung fu will go backwards.
