The ancients often said that "if you don't do the right thing, you must do your own thing", but at first, I failed to reflect on myself in time. The ancients also said, "a gentleman is based on work and born from the foundation." Therefore, in the process of self-reflection, we must find out the root cause of mistakes. If you can't find the root cause, it won't help to perfunctory things, and you will make more and more serious mistakes in the future. Regret, for the following reasons:

1, weak sense of responsibility, not in-depth work style, not practical. As a bank employee, no matter how many reasons you have, you should always think of the bank, obey the instructions of the leader and do your job dutifully.

2, after the incident, can't calmly face the mistake, have the psychology of escape. From the beginning, I just want to push many problems to others, but I can't immediately think of finding reasons from myself first. Why can't you calm down? Because it is a "dirty face" at work, and you pretend that it has nothing to do with yourself, you begin to analyze things that have nothing to do with yourself! Every time I think of my face at that time, I feel ashamed.

Through this incident, I reflected on my attitude towards learning, being a man and doing things, and realized:

The most important thing in a person's life is the ability to do things and be a man. Focus on being a man and doing things. If you don't concentrate on your work, you can't finish it satisfactorily, and you can't grasp the details clearly. Learning is in the dribs and drabs of doing things. Classics are not in books, but in life and work. "Learning is like sailing against the current. If you don't advance, you will retreat." If you read so many books and don't integrate them into your life, it will be difficult to have joy, which is what the ancients said: "Learn while having fun."

4. "The most important realm of learning is understanding. If you can't understand it in your study, it's just "back-to-back study", just like if you don't digest something after eating, it will definitely not help your health, or even be harmful. " I recently listened to a lecture, in which an example was given. One day, someone graduated from a graduate school, and his mother asked him to do some housework. When he finished, his mother felt that he didn't do very well and said, "Son, why can't you even do this little thing well?" How can you be so stupid? "When the man heard this, his face suddenly became fierce, and then his mother said," I'm in graduate school, and you still call me stupid! "Institute gave him? Did you give him the wisdom of life and treat people with wisdom? It just gave him arrogance and didn't educate him. This little thing was originally just an opportunity to learn, but he didn't seize it. On the contrary, he can't accept his mother's accusation and criticism. Everything has two sides. If you don't develop in a good way, you will naturally develop in a bad way. After listening to the lecture, I think about myself again, and I am also ashamed!

In a word, my behavior has brought bad influence to the unit, and I feel very heavy and ashamed to make such behavior. "People are not sages, to err is human."
