Lack of basin is one of the commonly used acupoints in the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming, which comes from Su Wen Qi Fu Lun, also known as Tian Gai.

The name of this acupoint means that the ground of this acupoint is broken by water and distributed to all parts of the human body. The essence of this point is the air in the sky overflowing from the air shed point. After reaching this point, the underground air overflows and spreads in all directions, like a broken basin filled with water, hence the name.
2) Top cover and ruler cover.
Heaven means that the substance in acupoints is qi. The ruler is small.
A cover, a sealing cover and a protective cover are also provided.
The names of the sky cover and the ruler cover are intended to emphasize that there are gaseous substances in the sky at this point, which plays a role in protecting the ground at this point from evaporation by water.
The ruler here refers to the small range of qi in the celestial part of acupoints, which is limited to the celestial part of acupoints.

Lack of basin points has a good effect on asthma, dyspnea, chest pain, sore throat, cough, neck and shoulder pain, physical weakness and other diseases.

The specific operation method is to massage by combining Jianjing point and Quepen point. Jianjing point is a very important point when we massage our shoulders. Located at the midpoint of the connecting line between Dazhui and acromion, it can treat shoulder pain, headache and stiff neck. The point lacking basin is located in the center of the supraclavicular fossa of human body, which can cooperate well with shoulders to relieve shoulder pain and back pain.
There are massage methods such as pinching and pressing. It is suggested that the thenar of the palm can be used to massage the lack of basin points, and at the same time massage the shoulder well points with your fingers. Massage must be gentle, moderate and comfortable. Don't push too hard, or you may damage muscle tissue.
This kind of operation only needs to be done once a day, and it is generally better to choose at night, and the time should not exceed half an hour.
Sit up straight.
