Avoid eating or eat less: salt, animal fat, animal offal, fat pig, beef and mutton, egg yolk (limited to 3 per week) and wine.

Edible: vegetables, fruits, milk, bean products, lean pork, beef and mutton, chicken and aquatic products.

Recommended recipes (daily dose)

Breakfast: staple food (optional), 1 bag of milk.

Lunch: staple food (optional), 200 grams of stewed fish, 200 grams of fried vegetarian dishes, seaweed soup with shrimp skin and fruit.
