Sub-case study:
Massage training includes primary, intermediate and advanced training. Generally, the initial training takes about/kloc-0.5 to 20 days, the intermediate training takes about one month, and the advanced training may take three or four months. How long does the massage training take? It depends on the students. Students have different foundations and study time.
According to the level of students:
The first category is students who have no basic knowledge of Chinese massage. If they want to achieve the basic skills of a masseur, it usually takes only one month.
The second category is that if you want to reach the level of opening a shop without foundation, you must learn the diagnosis and treatment of some common diseases, that is, massage classes in various subjects, which usually take 2 months.
The third category is mainly Chinese medicine and massage. It usually takes about 1 month to improve your massage skills, that is, to improve your classes.
The fourth kind of students are older and have no foundation, so they can study on the basis of the above three kinds. If they are weak in acceptance, they can study for another month.
What are the precautions for massage?
1, massage direction
Along the direction of muscle growth, slowly and rhythmically, wrinkles are at right angles to the muscle direction, and hands move at right angles to wrinkles, that is, along the muscle direction. If the direction of massage is different from that of muscles, the effect of massage will be much lower.
2. Massage intensity
When massaging, gently draw a circle on the skin with the middle finger and the ring finger, which is too light to touch again. Finger movements should have a sense of rhythm to avoid rubbing the epidermis too much. In addition, when you massage, remember not to take too long, because the best time for massage is three to five minutes. If it exceeds this time, the effect will be greatly reduced.
Step 3 massage the patient
Patients with acute infectious diseases such as influenza, Japanese encephalitis, meningitis and diphtheria. There are also some patients with acute inflammation, and this group of people is also not allowed to massage. If it is this kind of crowd, it must be remembered that it is best not to massage until the condition improves.
