Is it better for cats to eat raw meat or cooked meat
The digestive system evolved from habit is specially used to digest prey (all raw). Cats don't like drinking water very much. At least 70% of their prey in the natural environment is liquid, which is the main source of water absorption. If they eat raw meat, they don't have to worry about the burden of the urinary system.

As for raw food or cooked food, health is the best for cats. Personally, I think we can feed some good (must be fresh) raw beef, preferably meat that has passed national quarantine to ensure that there are no parasites. It is best to choose tenderloin or leg meat (tender and less fat).

Pay attention to the follow-up work of feeding raw meat:

First, regular internal deworming (1-once every two months).

Second, you can buy raw meat conditionally and make good preparations before feeding (freeze and kill parasites below-18 for more than three days, freeze-thaw or dissolve in water).

Third, add a trace of sulfuric acid/fish oil/calcium powder. If you do this well, it is the best way to keep a cat.
