Shengdengshan Forest Park is a municipal forest park directly under the central government, located in Banan District, Chongqing, 70 kilometers away from the center of Chongqing. Shengdengshan is also called "Shengdengshan". According to legend, Ming Taizu took refuge in Shu and once visited Shandong, hence the name. The forest on the mountain is lush and dense, with many rare trees and birds, which is full of natural curiosity. 1982 was designated as Chongqing Nature Reserve. It is famous for its strange, beautiful, ancient and amazing natural landscape.

Precious ancient trees: There are many kinds of plants on the mountain, including Pinaceae, Taxodiaceae 120. There are 300-400-year-old nanmu and Gu Song in the patches of subtropical primary vegetation, and there are also rare tree species over 500 years old, such as juniper and ancient ginkgo.

Qifeng rocks: special geological structure, forming a unique landscape. All kinds of peaks, walls and stones are scattered in the mountains. The famous ones are: chessboard stone, snake shell, sacrificial stone, iron threshold, lamp stone, corn nest and so on.

Lakes and mountains: Tanzikou Reservoir, not far from the foot of the mountain, is magnificent, with a dam length of116m and a dam height of 33m. Surrounded by broad lakes and green mountains, green waters and green mountains are integrated. Egrets and herons inhabit the pine forest near the lake all the year round, which is a scene in the lake area.

Magical weather: usually the mountains are surrounded by dense fog, and when it rains, the fog covers the mountains and blends in with the world. The scenery in the mountains is hazy and blurred, adding a bit of mystery; Clouds are white on sunny days, and thin fog rises from the fields, floating, light and unpredictable, like a fairyland.

Ancient humanities: The legend of the deification of Shengdeng Mountain is beautiful and moving, and the cultural relics are even more amazing, especially Shengdeng Temple. The Millennium Temple was unfortunately destroyed in the Cultural Revolution, and there are still sites for people to mourn, but the green hills are still there, and the wind and the moon last forever.

Characteristic scenic spot

Snake hulling: About 0/00 meter north of the climbing chessboard stone, two huge stones stand and one stone covers the top, blocking the way. There is a flat hole in the middle, inclined from south to north, nearly 5 meters long, and the bottom is slightly stepped. This cave is the only way for tourists to enjoy the scenery along the ridge. There is a vertical hole at the southern end of the roof, which requires advanced feet and tight body before entering. The northern end of the cave is extremely narrow, with only a flat seam and a width of only 0.2 meters. It can stand upright, but it can be squeezed out with a flat body. It is difficult to get out, and it is interesting for the viewer to laugh. Iron sill: from the snake shell to the north, it is high and narrow, less than 2 meters wide, with two cliffs. After walking about 60 meters, Shi Ling was cut off by it. This gap is nearly 1 m wide, 1.5 m long and 2.5 m deep. When I reached the edge of the gap, I fainted. This gap looks very narrow, and it feels wide across it. You can't cross it unless you get up the courage to jump. This is another difficulty on the way forward. Crossing it can test the will and courage, so it is called the iron threshold.

Dog drilling: north of Shendayan100m. Several boulders overlapped and blocked the road. There are cliffs on the east, west and north sides, and the cliffs on the east and west sides are nearly 60 meters high. There is a narrow hole on several boulders, which is the only way. You can't squat in the hole, you can only shuttle with your hands. The right side of the exit is empty, and the squatting stone can stay. Although you hold the stone wall in the cave and light the mark between the stone walls with your feet, you can walk down and then pass. Because it looks like a dog crawling in this hole, it is named dog drilling hole.

Distance arrangement: if you take a bus, you can go to Banan first, and then take a bus to Shengdeng Mountain. Fish Cave to Shengdengshan (the fare is about 10 yuan). Take the Chongqing-Guizhou Expressway by car to Yipin Town, Banan District, and via Tiaoshi Town to Shengdengshan (65 minutes' drive). There are many local farmhouses, which are very cheap.

Second, Cimushan Hot Spring

There is a Catholic church behind Cimushan Hot Spring. It's romantic to have such a church in the mountains.

Line:

Take a bus from Dashiba on the south bank to Gaolianggou for "fare1person", then go straight along the right uphill road until you come to the left intersection with a fork in the road, and the end is Cimu Hall. After the "ticket 2/ person", you can go to Cimushan Hot Spring for a while, and then come out to enjoy the Yangtze River fish while blowing the river breeze.

Go to church by car in the morning, have a picnic in a flat dam of the church at noon, a bottle of red wine, some cakes and some fruits. How romantic!

Third, Gele Mountain.

Route 1: From the Tomb of the Martyrs-Baigonglian-Sanbaiti-Forest Park-Tibet-Madhouse-Lingyun Reservoir (there is a farmhouse 800 meters below the mountain, 10 yuan/person, with fish and meat)-Liangti (below the mountain).

Route 2: Starting from the Tomb of the Martyrs-Baigongguan-Songlinpo-Three-Day Ladder-Forest Park-Tibet-Madhouse-Dangerous Slope (there is a small waterfall to play with water from here)-Zhatu Cave.

Route 3: Meet at Tongjiaqiao, go straight up the mountain through Zhazidong, climb to the top of Jialing River in Guansha District, go around the mountain, get off the railway and return to the corrupt porcelain mouth of Tongjiaqiao.

Fourth, Nanshan

Line 1:

A: Nanping-Fifth Hospital, the bus costs one yuan; Go up the mountain from Wuyuan Bridge, hike up the mountain along the forest path, branch to Shanxikou, go up the mountain on the left path, and rest in the flower field to pick flowers;

B: Walk from the alley of Radio No.2 Factory to Golden Eagle, March to Moon Lake, and taste authentic spring chicken and farmhouse meal at the farmhouse near the lake;

C: March to the former residence of Wang, the former chairman of Sichuan provincial government, abandoned in the mountains, and explore mysteries and treasures in the old residence deep in the jungle; Rest in a hammock in the forest;
