Legal Analysis: Qiaocheng District * * * has established six free health certification institutions, namely Bozhou Huatuo Chinese Medicine Hospital, Wuma Town Health Center, Gu Jing Town Health Center, Shuanggou Town Health Center, Gucheng Town Health Center and Mei Nianda Health Examination Center, covering both urban and rural areas in Qiaocheng.

Legal basis: Administrative Measures for Preventive Health Examination in People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Health.

Article 3 The preventive health examination shall be managed by the health administrative department of the provincial government in a unified way, and the health administrative departments at all levels shall be responsible for the preventive health examination within their respective jurisdictions.
