From the perspective of TCM health preservation, learning some methods of the ancients and adapting to the weather can make the internal and external environment harmonious.

Years of clinical experience tell me that the same is true for children's maintenance. When the earth begins to converge, we should also learn to help children converge. In this way, when everything is hidden in late autumn and early winter, we can have a better constitution to resist diseases and pathogens.

After the baby enters the autumn, symptoms such as dry skin, dry mouth, unstable sleep and even insomnia often indicate that convergence should be done.

Give the child some restraint.

In fact, it is a competition with nature.

Many parents still think that the word "convergence" is abstract: does "convergence in autumn" mean that the climate in autumn is mainly convergent and dry, or that people's health care should focus on "convergence"? What did the integration get?

Convergence is simply understood as "convergence", just like putting loose sand into your own hands in order to reduce losses. For example, Chinese herbal medicines commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine, such as Schisandra chinensis, Ginkgo biloba, Alpinia oxyphylla and so on. 1. Have a good sleep and get together.

The sun is full outside in summer. I once said that it is not a big problem for children to sleep half an hour later than usual. But after autumn, the importance of sleep appears. Giving your baby enough sleep time can not only relieve autumn deficiency and restrain Yang Qi, but also promote fluid production and nourish yin, which is beneficial to the balance of yin and yang. You can try to let your child sleep 1 hour every day and flexibly adjust the time of getting up. For example, take a nap for half an hour and get up for half an hour in the morning and evening.

Note that gathering yang does not mean that the more you sleep, the better. Children who often sleep late are easily distracted, and the more they sleep, the less energetic they are.
