Precautions:
Step 1, preparation, trial preparation: Step 1, clean the trial template, if it is not cleaned, it will affect the quality of the whole concrete. Then evenly brush the coating agent on the inner surface, or use waste engine oil instead. This is also an essential step.
Laboratory biosafety
Biosafety laboratory is a biological laboratory with primary protection facilities and secondary protection. Microbiology, biomedicine, functional experiments, gene recombination and other scientific experiments all need biosafety laboratories.
The core of biosafety laboratory is safety, which is divided into four grades according to the degree of biological danger: P 1, P2, P3 and P4.
P 1 laboratory is suitable for very familiar pathogens, which do not often cause healthy adult diseases and have little potential danger to experimenters and the environment. The door should be closed during the experiment and the operation should be carried out according to the ordinary microbial experiment;
P2 laboratory is suitable for pathogens with moderate potential danger to people and the environment. Restricting access to the experimental area where aerosols may appear should be carried out in a secondary biosafety cabinet equipped with an autoclave;
P3 laboratory is used in clinical, diagnostic, teaching or production facilities, and studies endogenous and exogenous pathogens at this level. If exposed, inhaling this pathogen will cause serious diseases and may lead to death.
The laboratory is equipped with double doors or airlock rooms and an experimental area isolated from the outside world, and non-local staff are prohibited from entering. The laboratory is under full negative pressure, and the experiment is carried out by using a secondary biosafety cabinet, and the indoor air is filtered to the outside by a high-efficiency filter;
P4 laboratory is stricter than P3 laboratory, and some dangerous exogenous pathogens have higher personal risk of laboratory infection and life-threatening diseases caused by aerosol transmission. Related work should be carried out in P4 laboratory.
Independent isolation zone and external partition structure are adopted in the building, and negative pressure is maintained indoors. Experiments are carried out by using three-level biosafety cabinets, and air partition devices and shower rooms are set up. Operators should wear protective clothing, and non-local personnel are not allowed to enter. The core of biosafety laboratory design is dynamic isolation, and ventilation measures are the key points, emphasizing on-site disinfection, paying attention to cleaning and sewage diversion, and preventing accidental spread, which requires moderate cleaning.
