How to make bougainvillea cuttings take root
1, branch pruning

First of all, we prepare a basin of plain sand, which I have disinfected with boiling water. Then we prune bougainvillea branches, select branches with leaves, and cut off the buds at the top, about 10 cm, and the bottom is 0.5 cm away from the top. Just leave two leaves on it. In the same way, I cut other cuttings and we inserted them.

2, cutting.

Tidy up the river sand in the basin and poke a hole in the sand with your finger. The hole poked out is about one third of the incision. Insert the cuttings, and then press them by hand, so that the bottom of the cuttings is closely combined with the sand, and continue cutting. If there are many cuts, you can make them close. If you cut it small, just press five or six centimeters. After cutting, you can spray water.

3. Maintenance after insertion

Because this kind of sand is very permeable, it is also permeable, so as to ensure the close combination of branches and sand. Then, put it in the sunny place on the balcony, dry it, and spray it again two days later. Rooting is easy, and you can grow roots and plant them again, so that one pot can become many pots.
