? 2 1 The garden is busy watching bees and worried about the world.
? Original: Fang Feiyuan is busy watching bees and breaking a few mundane things; Loneliness leads to a cold and interesting meditation.
? In the garden with fragrant flowers and plants, just watching busy bees collect honey can also reveal some human feelings; In a quiet hut, just watching the swallows return to their nests can also make people have an elegant taste and deep meditation.
Commentary: On one occasion, Wang Wei, a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty, saw a painting called According to Music, in which a band was playing music on the stage. Wang Wei observed it carefully for a long time, and then confidently said to others, "The band in this painting is playing the first beat of the third colorful feather." No one believes that Wang Wei is talking nonsense. Wang Wei invited musicians to play colorful feather clothes, and then let everyone watch them carefully. Sure enough, when playing the first beat of the third stack, the posture, gestures and expressions of the ensemble members are exactly the same as the picture, and even the positions of the musicians' fingers and lips on the instrument are consistent with the picture. Everyone believed Wang Wei's judgment and praised Wang Wei for his meticulous observation. It is through careful observation that the painter can portray the characters in his works vividly.
It can be seen that the ancients paid great attention to careful observation in artistic creation. Only careful observation can accurately reflect various natural features. Similarly, careful observation can also find truth from life. A drop of water, we will find that it can also reflect the brightness of the sun; A seed, we will find that it has indomitable vitality. A flower, a seedling, even bees collecting honey and swallows returning to their nests can reveal the mystery of human life.
? Understanding is not far away, and there is not much interest.
? Not far from understanding, not much interest. Between the pots and stones, there is actually a trend of mountains and rivers in Wan Li; In a few words, we can see the hearts of sages throughout the ages. This is the vision of Gao Shi and the mind of Ren Da.
If you are good at understanding the taste of nature, you don't have to travel across mountains and rivers to seek it. There are not many real pleasures in life. As long as there is a small pond and a few stones with different shapes, it can be as pleasing to the eye as being in a famous mountain and a great river. In a few words, it seems that you can see the ideological spirit of ancient sages. This is the vision of the wise and the mind of the open-minded.
Commentary: Monk Yunmen said to his disciples with a mord: "I turned this mord into a dragon and swallowed the world. Where did the mountains and rivers come from? " The so-called Zen stick Jackie Chan means that the finite is infinite, and the individual is unified in the whole. The meaning is the same as "one person sends the true origin, and ten parties are empty." When the staff becomes a dragon, the earth is swallowed up, people return to their original source, and the emptiness of the ten sides disappears completely. But where did the mountains and rivers that stood still before our eyes come from? Once the finite is infinite, the infinite whole will be presented to us through the limited individuals, and an appropriate opportunity will light the lamp of wisdom. The "enlightenment" advocated by Zen Buddhism is a profound insight into life, seeking spiritual settlement in thinking about nature, living quietly and assimilating with the environment. This is an acquisition of internal experience without media, and it is also an intuitive understanding method. No wonder meditation is more about cultivating the mind.
? Heart is empty, right and wrong are not feet.
Original: The mind is empty, so where is right and wrong? Thinking of the same mountain is quiet, knowing that there is no reason to raise an eyebrow.
If people's hearts are empty, where can they stay? My mind is as quiet and stable as a mountain, so I know that anxiety and joy will not appear in my brow.
Interpretation: Lv Duan, a famous figure in the Northern Song Dynasty, is broad-minded, generous, and very calm about ups and downs. He never cares about others' comments or bad words behind his back, and never affects his mood. It is a gentleman's model of "heart with bamboo, heart with mountain".
Lv Duan is generous, likes telling jokes, and is an optimist who always laughs. After entering the DPRK as an official, he became the capital magistrate and lived a simple life. Despite the ups and downs, he has never been sad because of these gains and losses. When he was in Song Taizong, he was promoted to a bachelor's degree in the Council, and he soon learned about politics. At that time, Zhao Pu, a Chinese book, spoke highly of Lv Duan, saying, "I watched Lv Gong play, and I was not overjoyed when I was rewarded, and I was not afraid of setbacks. My emotions are invisible. It is really a tool of Taiwan Province! " He never competes with people of the same level and is willing to live under others. Kou Zhun, the left admonition doctor, was regarded as a counselor politically, and Lv Duan invited him to live under Kou Zhun, while Taizong took Lv Duan as the right admonition doctor, ranking above Kou Zhun. Later, Lv Duan replaced Lv Mengzheng, who was self-serious, knowledgeable and simple-minded. Being in the same column as Kou Zhun, but in the first place, I was afraid of Kou Zhun's inner imbalance. I asked the emperor to allow him to be with Prime Minister Kou Zhun. I am so self-effacing! Taizong instructed: "From now on, Chinese books must be carefully studied by Lu and then played to me." Since then, Lv Duan has become more low-key.
Most people are happy optimists. Once in power, they will become worried about the outside world all day. They are very cautious. As prime minister, Lv Duan can keep his true colors of "modesty, anger and shame". He likes talking and laughing, regardless of temporary gains and losses, regardless of wind and rain, and is very calm about promotion and relegation. His accomplishment is really admirable.
Cultivate ambition in self-cultivation and live in indifference.
Original: Although inflammation is warm, it feels colder after being warm; Sugarcane can be sweet, and when it is sweet, it will be bitter. What's it like to be abstinent, but neither too hot nor too cold? Live indifferently, but forget all joys and sorrows. It is more complacent.
Although you can get warmth by attaching to heat, you will feel the harshness of cold after getting warmth; Biting sugar cane can taste sweetness, but it will produce bitterness after tasting sweetness. People may wish to nourish their hearts in tranquility that has nothing to do with heat and cold, settle their hearts in peace and want, and forget the ups and downs. If we can do this, people will have more fun.
Interpretation: There are many works on psychology in ancient and modern times, and one of them is called Heart Sutra. There is a saying in the Heart Sutra: "There should be no obstacles in the heart. People with obstacles will suffer from loss and even fear losing their minds." Obstruction is a concern and an obstacle. This temptation and obsession may be fame, profit, wealth, power, color and affection.
It is normal to pursue fame, power and love. Obtaining fame and money can improve people's lives, realize their ideals and values, and gain respect and honor. Getting love can make people happy, and these pursuits will bring benefits to people. And everything is measured, "too much is not enough", and excessive pursuit has become obsession. People who are obsessed with fame and fortune will do whatever it takes for fame and fortune; People who are obsessed with power, intrigue and infighting; People who are addicted to eroticism are deeply involved and cannot extricate themselves. People who fall into these obstacles will pursue them stubbornly. If they can't get it, they will get it by hook or by crook, get it, get more, and never be greedy.
Subsequently, these pursuits became demons and obstacles. These obstacles have fatal temptations, even make people lose their nature, lose their reason, be enslaved and driven by demons, make people stubbornly pursue "obstacles" and ignore and ignore others, indulge and possess greedily, but the ultimate evil result is to calculate themselves when calculating gains and losses.
Holding flying flowers and geese, sitting in a splendid ball.
I am sitting in a splendid group in the forest; The stove cooks white snow and clear ice, and cooks exquisite liquid slurry in the sky.
There are flying tidbits on the table, and sitting on a circular mattress embroidered in the forest can make people forget me; Snow-white ice and snow are cooking on the stove, and the glittering jade liquid in the sky is cooking in the pot, which can make people quiet.
Interpretation: At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Zhang Zhongjing, an outstanding physician, believed that "nourishing the mind and aspiring to Xiu De" was the foundation of spiritual health. All his life, he lived a pure life, got rid of other thoughts, kept quiet, restrained selfish desires and paid attention to eliminating jealousy. He seeks personal gain for himself and his relatives and friends not only because he is a big official and has power in his hand; Not because of power and high above, dealing with officialdom; Don't squander or indulge in wine and fine wine because of money. He is clean and honest, regardless of personal gains and losses, regards power and money as light as water, and never cares about things outside his body, thus making himself feel at ease and open-minded, devoting himself to studying medical books and saving lives. He also often uses his spare time to treat diseases for the general public and is on call. Regardless of personal relationship, wealth and equality, all patients are paid. Give money to poor patients who have no money to buy medicine.
Although Zhang Zhongjing was an official at that time, he was not keen on official positions. Soon, when he saw that the government and Japan were in trouble, he sighed and said to people, "The monarch's disease can be cured, but it is difficult to eradicate the country's patients!" So he resigned and went back to Shaoshishan to sum up his experience and devote himself to medical work.
The ancients believed that doing more good deeds was happiness in itself. This is called "external work and internal fruit", that is, a good thing that benefits people and things, will bring happiness to yourself, endless fun to life, and provide abundant energy and strong body for the cause you pursue. Zhang Zhongjing devoted his life to the medical cause, not for the government, but for the people. He leads a full and successful life.
