In order to keep the water clean, the school requires everyone to take a cold shower before swimming. Ma Yinchu exercised in this way, and finally greatly enhanced his physique.

In the cold water bath, he met a 93-year-old doctor with golden hair and childish face, and got the fitness method he insisted on all his life-hot and cold water bath method. The old doctor told him that the specific method is to wash it with hot water first, and the water temperature is limited to the physiological endurance of the body. This is indeed the reason for Ma Lao's longevity.

Who is not suitable?
