Ensure that the automatic production line does not stop production during working hours. In addition, try to use the method of pre-repair in management. Installing a timer in the equipment, recording the working time of the equipment, applying the wear law to predict the wear of the wearing parts and replacing the wearing parts in advance can eliminate the faults in advance. Ensure that the production line is fully loaded.
Maintenance of automatic production line:
Circuit, gas circuit, oil circuit and mechanical transmission part (such as guide rail, etc.). ) should be checked and cleaned before and after work;
Check the working process and sample the key parts. If you find anything unusual, you should record it. Small problems should be dealt with before and after work (the time is not long), and accessories should be prepared for big problems.
Unify the shutdown and maintenance of the whole line, make a plan for wearing parts, and replace wearing parts in advance to prevent problems before they happen.
