Such people are obese and even inconvenient to move. Suitable for soothing the liver and regulating qi, eat more things that strengthen the spleen and promote blood circulation, such as hawthorn, dried tangerine peel and jasmine.
2. People with weak constitution
(1) People with yang deficiency are afraid of the cold. They should recuperate by exercising and warming the spleen and stomach. They can eat litchi and mutton.
(2) People with qi deficiency are frail and sickly, suitable for invigorating the spleen and moistening the lungs, and their diet is mainly based on peaceful foods, such as yam and lotus seeds.
(3) People with yin deficiency constitution are thin, sweaty and afraid of heat. Their diet should be based on moist fruits and vegetables, such as grapes, bitter gourd and pears.
3. People with overheated constitution
(1) People in damp heat constitution, with dark skin, should mainly soothe the liver and benefit the gallbladder, strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness. Diet should be light, such as eating more melon, mung bean and kelp.
(2) People with yang-heat constitution, with ruddy complexion and strong constitution, should give priority to nourishing yin and promoting fluid production, and can eat more apples, watermelons and cucumbers.
