At this time, it is nutrition every day, and daily exercise can't recover the damage caused by lack of sleep or poor sleep.
Therefore, it doesn't matter to get up early, but it is absolutely impossible to go to bed late. Many patients with depression have the habit of staying up late, which often hurts the liver, sperm and gallbladder. Such people often have bad eyes, depressed mood and less happy time (lung qi is also affected, so they can't get effective publicity for a long time). Others think that sleeping in at night can make up for it, but it can't make up for it at all, or they can't sleep, or they don't sleep enough. Even if they think they have made up for it, in fact, most of their qi and blood have been damaged.
Rule 2: Don't think about everything when you sleep.
"See this body as nothing, or if sugar falls into the water, first melt the big toe, then melt the other toes, then the feet, calves and thighs gradually melt, and finally disappear and fall asleep naturally." This is the ideal mental state of Zen doctors when they fall asleep. Many times, insomnia stems from lingering distractions when you fall asleep.
Don't toss and turn in bed at this time, so as not to waste energy and make it harder to fall asleep. The best way is to sit for a while and then go to sleep. In fact, for modern people, it is also very important to go to bed early and brew emotions in order to give their minds a time to calm down slowly if they want to fall asleep before 1 1 at night. "Sleep first, then sleep" is the truth.
If it still doesn't work, you can try a simple leg press before going to bed, then sit cross-legged or cross-legged, put your hands on your legs, breathe naturally, and feel the pores of your whole body open and close with breathing. If you can yawn while crying, the effect is the best. When you want to sleep, sleep on your stomach.
Article 3: Take a nap or sit still.
At noon (equivalent to 1 1 am to 1 pm), if the conditions are limited and you can't sleep, you can sit still for a quarter of an hour and close your eyes. Zen masters who meditate in the meditation hall are used to taking a nap at noon. In fact, as long as you close your eyes and really fall asleep for 3 minutes at noon, it is equivalent to sleeping for 2 hours, but you should adjust the time at noon. Sleep in front of positrons at night, and 5 minutes equals 6 hours.
Article 4: You must get up early when you go to bed.
Monks live a life of morning bells and evening drums. Even in winter, they don't get up before 6 o'clock in the morning, and try to get up before 5 o'clock in the morning in spring, summer and autumn. For human health, getting up early is beneficial to human metabolism.
The advantage of getting up early is that on the one hand, it can excrete the polluted gas of metabolism. If you get up too late, the large intestine can't get enough activity and can't complete the excretion function well. In addition, 7: 00 am to 9: 00 am is the most active time for human digestion and absorption, and it is the "golden time" for nutrient absorption. Therefore, don't stay in bed, dizziness and fatigue are mostly caused by sleepiness.
Article 5: Pay attention to your daily life during sleep.
In the environment, pay attention to sleep, close the window when sleeping, and don't turn on the fan and air conditioner, otherwise it will easily damage the qi and blood. So it is best not to open the window, turn on the air conditioner, turn on the fan or even close the door when sleeping at night. If it is hot, open the door and close the window. Although the effect is a little poor, it won't make you feel weak and stiff the next morning.
In diet, you can't overeat at night, otherwise your stomach will swell and you can't sleep over and over again, which will not only affect the function of your stomach, but also reduce the quality of sleep.
Article 6: Keep your limbs warm when you sleep.
If the limbs are not warm, it must be kidney yang deficiency. Warm your hands and feet before going to bed, especially your hands and feet, navel and the life gate behind you. A good way to teach people with kidney-yang deficiency here is to put on cotton socks and gloves when sleeping. I may not be used to it at first, but I will get better gradually. Stick to it for a while and the effect will be very obvious.
2. About sleeping position
People who fall asleep quickly can lie on their right side and hold their right ear with their right hand.
