Health care measures for lung cancer
1. Full of energy, optimistic, and colorful life. If you are nervous, emotionally fragile and prone to fluctuations, it will cause restlessness in eating and sleeping, and your body's anti-cancer ability will decline, leading to the deterioration of your condition.

2. Regular life, no sleeping in, no overwork. Regular life can make the body in a normal working state, so the recurrence and metastasis of tumors are inorganic.

3. Pay attention to adjusting your diet. Cancer patients should try their best to stimulate their appetite during the recovery period. The food should be clear, mixed with meat and vegetables, coarse and fine, not dull and not too greasy, and easy to digest and absorb. When eating, you should be relaxed and happy, not partial eclipse, but avoid eating too much and don't overeat.

4. Eat less irritating foods and things that cause phlegm and lung injury, such as peppers, raw onions and garlic, and fat meat. Eat foods rich in vitamins A and C and foods that clear and moisten the lungs, such as carrots, grapes, octagonal, fried almonds, ginkgo, walnuts, asparagus, Siraitia grosvenorii, loquat and pears.

5. Actively treat other complications. Because cancer patients are generally weak and often accompanied by complicated diseases, such as upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, enteritis, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc., they should be actively treated during the rehabilitation period.

6. Take proper physical exercise. Patients can choose walking, jogging, playing Tai Ji Chuan, practicing sword, swimming and other activities according to their physical condition, and the amount of exercise is subject to fatigue. Doing qigong exercises, especially qigong, enhances respiratory function, thus improving lung function.
