How to stir-fry shrimps with wax gourd?
Composition:
250g wax gourd, 200g shrimp, 1 root onion, 2 cloves garlic.
Seasoning:
5g of edible oil, 2g of cooking wine, 2g of salt, 3g of chicken essence 1g and starch.
Fried winter melon with shrimp;
1. Add cooking wine and starch to shrimp, mix well and marinate 10 minute;
