Rhinitis is actually an allergic reaction that occurs in the nasal mucosa. Materials: ebony 10g, astragalus 20g, angelica 10g, and japonica rice 200g.

Ingredients: Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. 15g, radix astragali 20g, lean meat 20g, salt, onion, ginger, cooking wine and monosodium glutamate.
Practice: Wash Polygonum Multiflori Radix and Radix Astragali and slice them for later use; Clean lean meat, put it in a pot, and add appropriate amount of astragalus, seasoning and water. Bring the pot to a boil over high fire and stew it gently until the lean pork is hot and rotten.

Chicken porridge with onion and red dates
Ingredients: stem rice 100g, red dates10g (without core), boned chicken 100g, coriander, onion and ginger.
Practice: the chicken is boned and washed, ginger is sliced, coriander and onion are minced. Add some water to the pot, add chicken and ginger slices to boil, then add stem rice and red dates to cook for about 45 minutes, and finally add scallion and coriander to taste.
Efficacy: dispel wind and cold, dredge nasal orifices. Allergic rhinitis, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose.
Point massage
1, click the nasal passage point.
Press the index finger of both hands on the same point of the nose (also known as the upper Yingxiang point, on both sides of the nostrils and on the nasolabial groove), and slowly exert yourself. It is appropriate to feel sore by rubbing, and press 10-20 times.
Bitong point can not only open the nasal cavity, but also solve all kinds of rhinitis and its pain.
2. Click the Xiang Ying point.
Press Xiang Ying point (next to the alar of the nasolabial groove depression) with the middle finger or forefinger of both hands, and press 10-20 times until you feel sore.
Xiang Ying is located next to the nose, and the pulse gas directly reaches the nasal orifice, which has a strong role in dredging the meridians and nasal orifices. 3, massage Tang Yin-nasal tip

4. External nasal massage

5, nasal massage
