The practice of Buqi Buxue Decoction is as follows:

1, pumpkin brown sugar and jujube soup

Practice: Peel the pumpkin, dig the pulp, wash it and cut it into rolling blades. Put seedless candied dates, pumpkins and brown sugar into a pot, add water and simmer until the pumpkins are cooked and rotten.

2, black fungus and red dates.

Practice: 30 grams of black fungus and 20 red dates. Wash fungus and red dates. Remove the core of jujube, add water to boil the two flavors, and remove the residue to take.

3. ginseng black-bone chicken soup

Practice: Korean ginseng 10g, 6 red dates, round meat 10g and medlar 15g. Except Korean ginseng, the other herbs are slightly soaked, and the red dates are pitted and washed; Wash black-bone chicken, cut into pieces, blanch in boiling water for a while, and wash (that is, "flying water").
