Huayang Street is located in the southern suburb of Chengdu, bordering Chengdu High-tech Zone and Shuangliu District, and at the intersection of Jinjiang and Jiang 'an River. Huayang Street was established in September 2006, with a total area of 36. 15 square kilometers and a built-up area of nearly 32 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 24 communities with a permanent population of over 600,000 and a registered population of 350,000 (as of 2020 10/30/0).

Huayang is away from Shuangliu International Airport 12km and Chengdu South Railway Station 10km. It is 4km away from Chengya (Le Cheng) expressway and 2km away from expressway, Lu Cheng. National Highway 2 13 passes through the city. Tianfu Avenue, Yizhou Avenue, Jiannan Avenue and the south extension line of Hongxing Road run through the whole region. Subway 1, 5 18 lines run through Huayang, which is the largest in the south of Chengdu.
