Four ways to eat Chinese cabbage for health?
Chinese cabbage is nutritious, fresh and refreshing, and can be eaten raw or cooked. Always loved by people. The raw materials are tender cabbage 300g, dried laver 2g, fresh green pepper 50g, wet starch15g, lard, pepper, sesame oil, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, garlic slices, soy sauce, ginger, sugar and refined salt.

Practice: first wash the cabbage and cut it into long strips, and then cut the green pepper into filaments. Put oil in the pot, add pepper when it is heated to 50% heat, and take out the pepper when it is fried to purple. Raw materials: 400g Chinese cabbage, 50g Lentinus edodes, shrimp 100g, onion, ginger, refined salt, coriander and edible oil.

Method: Wash and chop Chinese cabbage, and soak mushrooms in small pieces in Kamikiri. Put cooking oil in the pot, stir-fry minced onion and ginger, stir-fry mushrooms and Chinese cabbage, add shrimps, add a little boiled Chinese cabbage, add refined salt to taste, and mix coriander when taking out the pot.
