Introduce the ancient town of Feng Jing.
Fengjing ancient town, located in the southwest corner of Shanghai, is a typical water town in the south of the Yangtze River. As early as more than 2,000 years ago, people lived in the ancient town of Feng Jing. The boundary river in the town was the boundary river between the State of Wu and the State of Yue in the Spring and Autumn Period. Because the land spans wuyue, the ancient town of Feng Jing is called "the famous town of wuyue". There are 52 bridges in the ancient town, of which Hezhi Bridge was built in the Yuan Dynasty and has a history of nearly 700 years. Compared with other popular water towns in the south of the Yangtze River, there are not so many tourists in Fengjing. You can enjoy the scenery of small bridges and flowing water leisurely here.

There are two main streets in the ancient town. One is called South Street in the south, Middle Street in the middle, and North Street in the north (although the three names are segmented, they are connected), and the other is Heping Street. The two streets meet at Fengjing Third Bridge to form a "D" shape. Fengjing Third Bridge is the center of the ancient town. At the intersection of the two rivers, you can see Qingfeng Bridge, Zhuxing Bridge and Beifeng Bridge at the same time.

Fengjing is the birthplace of peasant paintings in Jinshan. At the Jinshan Peasant Painting Exhibition Center in Tang Sheng Lane, South Street, you can enjoy a series of paintings with local flavor. There are many galleries and famous painters in the ancient town. The furniture used by Mr. Ding Lao is placed in the Ding Cong Comic Exhibition Hall in North Street, and satirical cartoons can be seen on the second floor, depicting the characters vividly. At the Lv Jiren Painting Gallery in Heping Street, you can see the paintings of Chen Yifei classmate Lv Jiren, and Cheng Shifa's ancestral home also has many China watercolors by Mr. Cheng Lao.

Ordinary tourists enter from the main entrance to the south of the ancient town, walk to South Street, and slowly visit the ancient town along the river. Go northeast from South Street, and cross Hezhi Bridge to Middle Street. On the street of CUHK, you can see Wu Yuejie, who stands a boundary pillar. In front of him, an unremarkable river is the dividing line of wuyue. Go northeast and cross the third bridge of Fengjing, which is North Street. In North Street, you can visit the Wangshi Temple, which was built in the Ming Dynasty and has red walls, as well as the Ding Cong Comic Exhibition Hall. There will also be covered corridors on the south, middle and north streets. There are several such corridors in the ancient town, which are antique, shaded in sunny days and sheltered from rain in rainy days.

Set foot on Qingshi Road, return to the place of Fengjing Third Bridge, and then visit another street-Heping Street. First, visit 300 Gardens (Bailan Pavilion, Deng Bai Pavilion, White Star Pavilion), next to Lv Jiren Gallery. To the southeast, the former site of the People's Commune is worth seeing. There are old thermos bottles and telephones from that era, and red sun is painted on the wall. Further on is Fengjing Ancient Stage, facing the street and facing the river. In tourist seasons and holidays, there are free traditional drama performances on the stage. Choose a window seat in Chen She Teahouse opposite the stage, and sit down and watch the opera while drinking tea, which is very comfortable. Go all the way down the street and visit Cheng Shifa's ancestral home. Finally, cross the bridge to the production street on the other side of the river, which is also the former site of modern fire control institutions-the Eastern Fire Administration Council.

There is a cruise ship dock above Guzhen South Street in Feng Jing. You can also experience the water town customs by boat. Reference price 80 yuan.

Dingti is the first food in the ancient town. There is a fixed-body workshop next to Hezhi Bridge in South Street. This paper introduces the development and production technology of Dingti in the ancient town. Wu Mei Wali Hotel (Fengjing dialect, meaning home) on Production Street near Fengjing Third Bridge is a hotel with good environment in the ancient town. There is a long courtyard inside, which makes the bridge look like running water. Snail stuffing and wuyue tofu are his specialties. There are many shops selling Fengjing steamed dumplings and Euryale ferox cakes in the promenade by the river in Production Street, among which smoked wiredrawing is very distinctive. The dialect in the suburbs of Shanghai means "smoked toad". It tastes great, but you should have the courage to taste it first.
