First, acupoint selection of knee joint
The tip of the calf is the bane of knee joint diseases. This acupoint is located in the lateral depression of knee, patella and patella ligament. Also known as the lateral knee eye point, it is located in the lateral depression of the lower edge of the kneecap. Press and knead with your thumb or middle finger for 3~5 minutes on each side, and tilt upward in the direction of force to make you feel sore.
Futu point: on the line between the anterior superior iliac spine and the outer upper edge of patella, 6 inches above the outer upper edge of patella. Rub it with your fingers, because the Futu point is rich in muscles and heavy in strength, and it is better to feel sore. Press and knead for 3~5 minutes.
Liangqiu point: on the connecting line between the anterior superior iliac spine and the outer upper edge of patella, two inches above the outer upper edge of patella. Knead with your fingers, and press the fingertips vertically. The pressure at this acupoint should be heavy, and knead for 3~5 minutes.
Yanglingquan: the fibular head is in the depression below the front. There is a protruding bone near the knee on the outer side of the calf called fibula capitulum, and its anterior depression is called Yanglingquan, which means pressing the end point for 3-5 minutes at a time.
2. Pain points of shoulder joint, arm and elbow joint
Waiguan: the outside of forearm, 2 inches above the back of wrist, between ulna and radius. When you point Waiguan point, you should use the tip of your thumb to point vertically, and put your index finger at the same position on the opposite side (Neiguan point) to strengthen the stimulation for 3~5 minutes.
Yanggu: the depression between styloid process of ulna and triangle bone on the ulnar side of wrist. Yanggu is suitable for pressing with fingertips, and its position is relatively narrow. You will feel sore when you point the acupoints, which usually takes 2~3 minutes.
Yang pool: in the dorsal carpal striation, it refers to the depression of the ulnar edge of the extensor carpi communis tendon. The position of Yangchi point is also relatively narrow, so it is more appropriate to press it with fingertips or sharp things. The numbness is lighter and the pain is heavier. Generally, it can be pressed for 2~3 minutes. The weather is repeated in spring, especially now. It's chilly and cold at first glance.
