Cement and ceramsite. Ceramsite board is made of cement and ceramsite as coarse aggregate, ordinary sand or ceramic sand as fine aggregate, then poured into the mold with steel bars, steam cured for 12 hours, and then cut into boards by marble slicing method. Ceramsite, as its name implies, is a kind of ceramic particles. The appearance characteristics of ceramsite are mostly round or oval spheres, but some broken-like ceramsite are irregular broken stones instead of round or oval spheres.
