How to eliminate the "three poisons" in life by Buddhist health preservation
Giving up wisdom is to cure greed and anger.

Greed, anger and delusion are three poisons, also known as three evils and three fires. These three poisons destroy the body and mind, causing people to fall into the cycle of life and death, which is the root of evil, so it is also called the root of three evils.

(1) greed, greed to the realm of submission, must be obtained, otherwise the heart is unwilling, and the feelings are unwilling.

(2) Anger, aversion to the rebellious realm, anger, irrationality and impulsiveness when dissatisfied.

(3) insanity, ignorance, ignorance of right and wrong, no distinction between good and evil, reversal of right and wrong, all kinds of evil deeds.

How to quit the three poisons?

Giving up wisdom is the cure for greed and ignorance.

Caution is a harmless and insatiable moral standard of life;

Determination is the cultivation of inner concentration and patience, which can cure the hatred caused by excessive irritability and impatience;

Wisdom is an honest understanding of life and the reality of the universe, thus curing ignorance.

I often read the name of Guanyin Bodhisattva "Pumenpin":' Endless meaning! Guanyin Bodhisattva is powerful, so if there are sentient beings, there will be more than lust. If you always respect Guanyin Bodhisattva, you will get rid of lust. If you are angry and often think of avalokitesvara, you should keep your anger. If you are stupid, you will always remember to respect avalokitesvara and you will be free. "

Buddhists say that practice is to get rid of greed and ignorance. How to get there? We should cultivate abstinence and wisdom. In fact, this greed, ignorance, abstinence and wisdom are integrated. Practice is not to eradicate greed and ignorance, but to turn it into abstinence and wisdom.

Solving the meeting, also known as "three studies", or "three don't miss learning" Abstinence is to stop evil deeds and must be a meditation. Wisdom is to break the fallacy and prove the truth. Keep precepts and clean your heart, there will be peace, peace of mind will be peace, peace of mind, and insight will be wisdom. Holding this method of three precepts and wisdom can cure three poisons and achieve Buddha's fruit, so it is also called "three omissions"

First of all, we should understand the harm of the three poisons, develop good living habits at ordinary times, and don't covet debauchery (TV, games, novels, fashion, looks, etc. ), not lazy (stay in bed for big and soft, get up on time), not greedy, not pursuing taste, content with less, willing to be lonely. In the face of adversity, don't complain. Suffering is a good teacher, and the flowers in the greenhouse can't stand the wind and rain.

Secondly, I believe that what goes around comes around is true, but I can change my fate by repenting, breaking evil and cultivating good until I become a Buddha. Choose a dharma and an in-depth one, such as chanting Buddha. No matter what happens, no matter what realm you encounter, just be honest. After several years, the three poisons may be cut off.

Follow fate, not climb.

When things come, they should go and stay.

Don't refuse to satisfy greed and ignorance will gradually weaken.

Because of greed, you want Dobusch.

You should be patient with anger.

For delusion, we should look at Buddhist scriptures.
