Water-soluble polyurethane chemical grouting material is a low-viscosity, one-component synthetic polymer polyurethane material, which is prepared in advance from excessive polyisocyanate and polyhydroxy compounds and contains free isocyanate groups. 2. Key points of operation
① Cleaning: carefully check and analyze the leakage, determine the location and spacing of grouting holes, clean the area that needs to be cleaned, chisel off the sediment on the concrete surface, and ensure that the surface is clean and moist.
② Drilling: Stop drilling along both sides of the crack with an electric drill. The diameter of the drill bit is 14mm, the drilling angle should be ≤ 45, and the drilling depth should be ≤ 2/3 of the structural thickness. Boreholes must pass through cracks, but not through concrete structures. The drilling spacing is 20 cm -60 cm.
③ Installation of water stop needle: Install the water stop needle in the drilling hole and tighten it with a special Allen wrench, so that there is no gap or water leakage between its periphery and the drilling hole.
④ Seam cleaning: inject clean water with a pressure of 6Mpa into the grouting nozzle with a high-pressure cleaning machine, check the water outlet and clean the dust in the seam.
⑤ Sealing: When the joints are flushed with the base sealing agent, stop sealing the cracks with water seepage to avoid slurry leakage during grouting.
⑥ Grouting: The vertical grouting sequence is from bottom to top, the plane can start from one end, and the single hole can be continuously stopped one by one. When grouting is started in adjacent holes, keep pressurizing for 3~5 minutes, and then stop grouting in this hole.
⑦ Remove the nozzle: After grouting, the exposed grouting nozzle can be removed or knocked off after it is confirmed that there is no leakage. Clean up and clean the solidified spilled grouting liquid.
⑧ Sealing: Stop the repair and sealing treatment of the grouting mouth with the base plugging agent.

3. Matters needing attention in construction
