Tai Ji Chuan pays great attention to the unity of nature and man, the unity of form and spirit, and Tai Ji Chuan combines motion and stillness in motion. Let me introduce Tai Ji Chuan's fitness skills. I hope you like them.

Tai Ji Chuan can change his temperament.

Since ancient times, people have paid attention to temperament, which reflects a person's fate. How to cultivate temperament?

Mr. Zheng, a master of Tai Ji Chuan, once said: Practicing Tai Ji Chuan can change your temperament. This can be confirmed by the neo-Confucian masters who represent traditional Confucianism. Zhang Hengqu (1020- 1077), a great scholar in the Northern Song Dynasty, said: Reading is to change one's temperament by oneself. Hengqu believes that there are two levels of human nature, namely, the nature of heaven and earth and the nature of temperament.

The nature of heaven and earth means that we are formed by the spirit of heaven and earth. The so-called heaven and earth fill my body, and the beauty of heaven and earth is my nature. The nature of the qi of heaven and earth is also the nature shared by man and everything. However, man is the spirit of all things, so heaven and earth are naturally the most exquisite.

Ancient emperors all had the idea of prolonging life, and harem beauties all had the dream of not getting old. Nowadays, men miss it and women miss it.

The so-called nature of heaven and earth actually refers to the goodness of creatures in heaven and earth. The sky is all-encompassing, the earth is all-encompassing, and nothing can grow. Without land and law, nothing can be moistened by rain and dew. The nature of heaven and earth, the virtue of good life. Everything should be born, and its potential talent should be fully exerted.

This kind of kindness is the nature of heaven and earth, and people are born with this kind of pure and undoped goodness. As for the nature of temperament, it refers to countless different conditions, such as birth year, festival, hour, geographical location, natural environment of mountains and rivers, family conditions, parents' personality, race, beliefs and so on. Because everyone is born with different yin and yang.

And form different temperament and personality. Therefore, people are rigid and soft, and they are incompetent and biased when they are in a hurry. The nature of temperament lies in the pursuit of foreign things, which Zhang Hengqu called aggressiveness. He said: capture, the desire for gas. Mouth and abdomen are offensive to diet and nose and tongue are offensive to smell. This is the source of human evil.

Since ancient times, there has been a saying that sports change temperament. After Tai Ji Chuan came out, many people practiced Tai Ji Chuan to change their temperament.

Zhang Zai advocated changing temperament and returning to the nature of heaven and earth. He said that although people's temperament has beauty and evil, it is determined by the principle of noble and humble premature death, but people with bad temperament can learn to be moved. By learning to overcome the desire to pursue foreign things and make your behavior polite, you can change your temperament and restore your original goodness, that is, the nature of heaven and earth.

By having no ego and no desire, and removing the influence of the day after tomorrow and the outside world, we can reveal the innate and inner nature of heaven and earth. The same is true of practicing Tai Ji Chuan. If you practice boxing often, your clumsy brute force will be removed, and after you are completely soft, your inner strength will naturally come out.

Zhou Dunyi (10 17- 1073), another great Confucian in the Northern Song Dynasty, said: Tai Chi, when you move, you will generate yang, while when you move extremely, you will be quiet; Static leads to yin, and static pole moves again. Motion and stillness are the roots of each other; Divided into yin and yang, two instruments stand.

Yang becomes yin, and fire, water, wood, gold and soil are born; Five qi shun bu, what to do at four o'clock The five elements are yin and yang, and yin and yang are Tai Chi. Taiji means that everything in the universe is in the initial state of undivided yin and yang, and it is silent. There is yang when you move. When you go to extremes, things will be the opposite and you will calm down.

Quiet is cloudy. When you are quiet to the extreme, you will start exercising again. Motion and stillness are the roots of each other. When Yin and Yang are separated and opposed, it is easy to have Tai Chi, which is the birth of the two devices. With yin and yang, everything can be transformed.

In the order of labeling: natural water, 60% of the land; Fire is second, 70% a day; There are three trees in the sky, 80% of the land; The land is rich in gold, and the sky is 90%; Heaven is born in five places, and the land is 100%. As soon as the five elements of fire, water, wood, gold and earth came out, the five elements were established, and the five elements were matched with five qi.

That is, warm, hot, flat, cool and cold, that is, warm in spring, hot in summer, cool in autumn and cold in winter. This is a trip with five seasons. In fact, the five elements are yin and yang, and yin and yang are Tai Chi. Zhu (1 130- 1200), a great scholar in the Southern Song Dynasty, said: Tai Chi is not a thing, that is, Yin and Yang are in Yin and Yang, that is, the five elements are in the five elements, that is, everything is in everything, which is just a principle.

Therefore, we should not only use Tai Ji Chuan to keep fit, but also grasp the original meaning of Tai Ji Chuan, and realize that Tai Ji Chuan is a literati boxing, a philosophical boxing, or more accurately, a neo-Confucianism boxing.

Practicing Tai Ji Chuan is a breath.

There is a famous saying in China's traditional martial arts: practice your breath inside and your bones and muscles outside. Tai Ji Chuan pays special attention to practicing Qi, while Taoism pays special attention to the way of keeping in good health, requiring people to practice essence, qi and spirit, and return spirit to deficiency, so as to achieve immortality.

Tai Chi Chuan requires breathing, and he has special requirements for breathing, that is, abdominal breathing. Abdominal breathing requires the fetus to absorb nutrients from the mother through the umbilical cord. The lower abdomen contracts when inhaling and protrudes when exhaling.

At birth, as soon as the umbilical cord is cut, it begins to breathe independently and becomes natural breathing with the lungs. This is the "post-weather". The requirement of Taiji Chuan for abdominal breathing is to restore "weather first". How important qi is, as long as you observe your baby's breathing.

The baby's breathing is gentle and deep to the heel, which is "heel breathing" or "fetal breathing". It always sucks more and breathes less, so that it can grow.

After the age of twenty-five, as we grow older, we breathe less and less, and we begin to get old; At the age of seventy or eighty, it is difficult to breathe, and life will come to an end until you can't catch your last breath.

Therefore, Tai Ji Chuan should practice breathing, especially when exhaling. He should have the idea of keeping his breath in the air sea (that is, the lower abdomen) to make it deeper and deeper.

According to legend, Lv Dongbin wrote in the classic Inner Dan handed down from Long Men Sect of Taoism, The Purpose of Taiyi Golden Flower, which mentioned that the "first weather" can be restored through "unlucky river cars" and the second pulse of Ren Ducan can can be opened.

The breathing requirements of Taiji Chuan are completely in accordance with the instructions of "Taiyi Jinhua Purpose", and deep breathing should be guided by ideas. First of all, you should relax, get into an extremely quiet state and concentrate.

When inhaling, the anus should contract first. Imagine that the breath goes from the "Yin Hui point" along the Du meridian from bottom to top, and first passes through the coccyx. At this time, it is like a cow climbing a mountain, which is very slow. & lt& lt& lt Doing this exercise for five minutes every day is better than cupping.

Crossing the spine (that is, the lumbar spine) is like a sheep climbing a hill. Hurry up. Passing the Jade Pillow Pass (that is, the cervical vertebra) is like a deer climbing a mountain, very fast.

After passing through the mud pillow palace (that is, the brain), at this time, the qi presses on the upper jaw through the tip of the tongue, changes from the Du meridian to the Ren meridian, passes through the upper abdomen and the middle abdomen, and is deposited in the lower abdomen (that is, the sea of qi), thus completing a small Sunday.

If repeated, this is a "promising method". You must be very skilled to enter the "inaction method", that is, get through the second pulse of Ren Du and enter the big week.

Tai Ji Chuan practices ventilation and blood.

When practicing Tai Ji Chuan, you should always hold the tip of your tongue against the maxilla, because the maxilla is the bridge between Ren meridian in the chest and Du meridian in the back. This place is also our person (also called ditch), which is a slightly concave longitudinal ditch on the lips under the bridge of the nose on the face. This man is a place where heaven and earth meet and yin and yang meet.
