People with indigestion should press the following four acupoints:
1. Neiguan point

2. zhongwan point
Zhongwan point is at the midpoint of the connecting line between navel and lower sternum, and the patient lies flat on the bed. This point is right in the middle of the upper abdomen of the body. Massage this point can mobilize the qi and blood circulation of gastrointestinal tract, assist in the treatment of digestive system diseases such as abdominal pain, abdominal distension and diarrhea, and also relieve general minor stomach diseases and loss of appetite. The specific method is to massage acupoints for 5 minutes by hand, or to treat abdominal pain and low back pain by hand scraping.
3. Zusanli point
Zusanli point has the functions of promoting stomach qi, prolonging life and strengthening the body. It can help treat appendicitis, liver disease, gastroptosis and duodenal ulcer, and can also improve abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, stomach pain and indigestion. When you massage this acupoint, you should use a little force until you feel sore and numb locally.
4. Four acupoints
Massage at four winds point can relieve indigestion, and also help to treat stomachache, sore throat, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting. You can massage this acupoint directly, or you can use acupuncture to tie up the upper and lower acupoints with ropes. After disinfection, it can be quickly punctured with a needle, and a small amount of blood can be squeezed out after puncturing.
Massage at the above four acupoints can alleviate the problem of abdominal distension, but it is necessary to choose the right acupoints to achieve a certain effect. Three meals a day must be regularly quantified to avoid overeating and chew at least 20 times per meal. You can adopt the principle of eating more meals in small quantities and avoid eating high-fat foods, because these foods are not suitable for digestion and will also increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract.
