Experience of hospital training content
Five articles about the contents of hospital training.

When we have accumulated a lot of feelings and opinions in our hearts, write a good experience so that we can update and iterate our ideas at any time. The following is my experience of hospital training content, welcome to read!

About the experience of hospital training content 1 With excitement and expectation, we drove to the hospital early in the morning. Teachers from the school and several teachers from the nursing department stood at the gate of the hospital to greet us on behalf of the whole hospital. We feel at home from their cordial greetings and eager actions. Just like in mom's arms. We have been packing for a long time because of a lot of luggage. After a hard day's work, we also feel hungry and tired. However, because the first impression of the Space Center Hospital is cordial, we are comforted in our hearts far away from our alma mater. We are also determined to train well here, integrate with the hospital and live up to the expectations of teachers.

The following week, Teacher Liu of the Nursing Department arranged unified training according to our needs and work requirements, and the directors of various departments of the hospital made eight reports, including:

First, briefly introduce the hospital.

Second, the relevant provisions of student management.

Third, common sense of public security management.

Fourth, medical ethics education.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) Writing of medical documents.

Sixth, the explanation of nursing knowledge.

Lecture on hospital infection.

Eight, the operating room related knowledge.

In the meantime, the substitute teacher of the department also organized us to visit the medical records of various wards, watch expert lectures on medical disputes and emergency videos, and get a preliminary understanding of the actual clinical work, which laid the foundation for formal work.

After a week of training, I got a preliminary understanding of the hospital and learned a lot of new knowledge. First of all, Director Hu Jianjun of the Nursing Department introduced us to the development history and scale of the hospital, which made me realize that our hospital has a long history, brilliant background and development potential. At the same time, the substitute teachers in various departments have also formulated strict management regulations for us in teaching management, so that we can establish a rigorous style and serious work attitude from the beginning, form our fixed way of thinking, and lay a good foundation for future work. The police force in the hospital also makes us feel safe in substantive work. I want to thank the police officers for their work, because they are the guarantee for our hospital to implement normal and stable work order. Medical ethics education makes me feel the sacredness and pragmatism of being a nurse. We must establish our own image and adhere to principles, so as to better safeguard the sacred authority of angels in white and gain the respect of patients and colleagues. Secondly, lectures on specific clinical work, such as writing medical documents, nursing knowledge and nosocomial infection, let us realize how difficult it is to do a good job in clinical work, which cannot be mastered by theoretical knowledge alone. At the same time, I have a perceptual knowledge of correctly handling the relationship between doctors and nurses. Doctors and nurses are equally important, no matter who is older or younger. Our ultimate goal is to cure patients. I think the work of nursing staff is more important and complicated, which deserves the respect of every medical staff.

Come to my home, love my family, and I will practice hard in the big family of Space Center Hospital, enrich my knowledge, lay a good foundation for future work and contribute everything to the hospital.

Internal medicine is a department that focuses on the respiratory, digestive and endocrine systems. Common diseases include diabetes, chronic bronchitis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. When I first entered this subject, I felt a little confused, but under the guidance of the substitute teacher, I learned about the daily schedule: morning care, disinfection time and so on. Learned intravenous infusion, drug pumping, dispensing, exhaust and so on. It is required to strictly implement the principle of aseptic operation and the system of three checks and seven pairs. Observe the patient's condition in detail after infusion, and check the bed number, name and liquid again when changing the medicine. If there is any mistake, report it to the teacher in time and replace it. Quick needle drawing, skilled operation. No practice for three days! There is no blood return during intramuscular injection, and another cotton swab is used to gently wipe around the skin during injection to relieve the pain of patients. Master subcutaneous and intradermal injection, especially intradermal injection. After 20 minutes, carefully observe the skin condition to determine whether it is negative or positive. Oxygen inhalation is also a very common nursing operation. For a dying patient, oral care, oxygen inhalation and sometimes enema and catheterization are needed. For patients with chronic bronchitis, it is necessary to continue low-flow oxygen inhalation and enter a high-protein and high-vitamin diet to prevent upper respiratory tract infection. Diabetic patients should regularly measure blood sugar, eat crude fiber food on an empty stomach and 2 hours after meals, and take medicine regularly, especially within 30 minutes after insulin injection to prevent hypoglycemia. I also learned to draw blood and draw a temperature list; Mastered the work of new patients after hospitalization, such as: admission education, tprbp measurement, temperature measurement for 3 days, 4 times a day,/kloc-0 times a day after normal, and 4 times a day for fever patients. Mastered the writing of nursing record sheet and shift report and how to shift.

Practice makes true knowledge, practice makes talents! In my first clinical practice, I realized the importance of combining theory with practice and the importance of a good nurse-patient relationship. Without the test of practice, no matter how many theories are on paper. Good nurse-patient relationship is the key to promote patients' rehabilitation.

For example, during morning nursing, ask the patient, "Did you sleep soundly last night? It seems that your spirit is much better! ..... "We should be anxious about what patients are anxious about and think about what patients think. Once, when I was patrolling the ward, I chatted with the patient for a while. One patient said: "Nursing profession is the noblest! Nurses are in direct contact with patients. You see, the child next to him was seriously ill and swollen when he first entered the hospital. Now he is in good spirits and his symptoms have disappeared. He also said, it's good to be a nurse! You gave us a second chance to live; It is you who comfort us with kind words and give us confidence to overcome the disease; It is you who take care of us and make us recover soon; It's you ... "I'm moved, I'm excited, and I'll fight for my upcoming career all my life!

Next, I went to the emergency department, general surgery, outpatient department, cardiovascular department, blood endocrinology department and patient assistance department. I have learned a lot of different knowledge in each department, and many experiences and skills that are not available in books. The substitute teacher is kind, patient, careful and careful, and teaches me the precautions and contents of various operations. In the past six months, I have changed from a student who knows nothing about medical social workers to a "semi-practitioner" who can face patients and their families independently and know how to connect with other resources. It's really a sense of accomplishment.

Training summary

I have established a good relationship with patients in just half a year, which makes me reluctant to leave. Into the ward, less strange, more cordial; Less loneliness, more comfort; Less worry, more sincerity! Here, I not only really learned knowledge, but also understood some truths: be practical and work hard!

From the bottom of my heart, I thank the teachers for their careful education and patient guidance, all the teachers for their care and love, the patients for their trust in me, and the Space Center Hospital for their training!

Finally, I would like to thank the Space Center Hospital for giving me the internship opportunity, and thank all the substitute teachers for leading the students and teaching us the right direction during the busy work. I am also very happy to learn from other students and become good friends during the intense training life. Although the training time lasts for a long time, it is inevitable to feel tired, but this time has given me great gains. Besides studying in practical work, the expansion of interpersonal relationship, the diversity of workplace culture and the participation in some activities have benefited me a lot. I think this full life will be an unforgettable time in my life.

Experience of hospital training content. The training ended in an instant. Nine months can be long or short, but it is the most substantial and meaningful year. During my training in changji city Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, I have matured a lot in my study, work, life and thoughts. During this training period, I accumulated the most precious wealth in my life. Although I was bitter and tired during the training, I learned a lot from it.

I remember when I first entered the hospital for training, I knew nothing and knew nothing about the work of the hospital. Fortunately, Mr. Yang from the Science and Education Department took care of us students patiently and meticulously, which helped me adapt to the training process in the hospital quickly.

Nine months' training time is very short. According to the requirements of hospitals and colleges, we should complete the departments of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, acupuncture, orthopedics, ophthalmology, rehabilitation and emergency department. Many departments only have a few weeks. In fact, practical training can only give us a preliminary understanding of the nature and process of hospital work. For example, in pediatrics, we must learn to communicate with children, strengthen the concept of sterility, and exercise our courage in the operating room, acupuncture department and teachers. Getting the trust of the orthopedic teacher and becoming the first assistant of the teacher's operation made me take a solid step on the road of practicing medicine. When I was practicing ophthalmology, watching the process of ophthalmic surgery made me feel that the operation was very harsh and tried to be perfect. Maybe I won't meet it again in my future work, but it's a rare insight. In a word, training life has added a wonderful sum to my life, and I will accumulate it and cherish it.

In the past nine months, my understanding is just a few words: smile, patience and carefulness. For example, when I was training in the rehabilitation department, because most of the inpatients in the rehabilitation department were chronic diseases and needed a long course of treatment, I had more time to communicate with them to get cooperation, so when I was training in the rehabilitation department, I had to communicate effectively with patients in another way. I think we should fully understand their feelings and be uncertain about their illness in the face of unfamiliar hospital environment. These factors will make patients have great fear, and maybe even vent their emotions on our medical staff. As a medical staff, I think that no matter what the situation, we should smile, use a smile to soothe patients' sad hearts, use a smile in exchange for a smile, communicate with our hearts, be patient with patients, and fulfill our duties with heart.

The short nine-month training life is coming to an end, which also brings a perfect ending to my wonderful college training career. In these nine months, I found my own value, and I realized the ordinary greatness. I have no regrets about choosing a medical job. In the meantime, I would like to use my sincere thanks to the teachers in all departments of the hospital for their careful teaching and the key training of science and education teachers to enrich our practical life and study. Thank Changji Chinese Medicine Hospital for giving me this opportunity. I believe I will show it off in my future work.

Experience about the contents of hospital training 3 This summer vacation, in order to get in touch with the clinic as soon as possible, get familiar with the professional operation of medical laboratory and improve my knowledge, I came to the laboratory of Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province for a one-month pre-internship social experience. I have always thought that a hospital is a sacred place. As long as we put on a white coat, we will have a sense of responsibility and mission. According to this internship, I have the following experiences:

First, a rigorous attitude

Although the laboratory is not in direct contact with patients, the test report issued is closely related to patients and can provide reasonable basis for clinicians. If there is something wrong with the test results, the consequences will be unimaginable. Under the guidance of my teacher, I did several screening tests for thalassemia in the laboratory. Although the experimental process is tedious, every step can not be ignored. For example, when using a pipette gun, the liquid should be absorbed slowly and discharged quickly to avoid insufficient cavitation suction. Pay more attention to the skills of taking blood from blood vessels, and be careful not to let blood stick to the pipette head. If there is, first wipe the blood with distilled water, and then disinfect it with alcohol (because alcohol can fix cells). Once, I shook the centrifuge tube by mistake. There is no doubt that my mistake made the instrument pause, and I watched the teacher take it and centrifuge it again guiltily. Of course, the teacher didn't blame me, which made me fresh in my memory and made me understand that if I did something wrong, don't panic in advance. I have to find a way to solve it. I can't muddle along. As a medical worker, a rigorous working attitude is very important. If there is a big abnormality in the test results, the teacher should be consulted first to discuss whether there is a problem with the instrument or the human operation, and contact the clinician directly if necessary. In the hospital, every test report represents a precious life, and we should hold a strict medical attitude.

Second, pay attention to biological safety.

By chance, I watched the students do latex HIV antibody test in the immunology laboratory. I looked at the instructions and the serum slowly infiltrated into the test paper. From the explanation, I learned that one is negative and the other two are positive. Who knows, there is another one beside the original one, and the color gradually deepens. Isn't this a positive performance? At first, I didn't realize the seriousness of the matter, but I was still thinking about it. Trainees are a little at a loss when they meet HIV antibody positive for the first time. Seeing our panic, the teacher jokingly said in Cantonese, "Gee, what a surprise!" Then it was tested by other methods, and it was also positive, but it was finally sent to the CDC for testing and confirmed. I have a lingering fear afterwards. Aids can be transmitted through blood. I realized that as medical staff, we should not shrink back in the face of illness. Saving lives is our duty, and doctors should have a meticulous attitude. In addition, we should also take protective measures to protect ourselves.

Third, the combination of theory and operation.

On the first day of my internship, I realized that I hate books being used. It's my first contact with clinical tests. I see a bottle of reagent on the desk, but I don't know what it is for. I am very curious about the operation of these instruments. The terminology in the doctor's mouth sounds confusing. Reading an experimental list is like reading a gobbledygook. Occasionally, a patient asks me to explain the test sheet, but because of the weak theoretical knowledge, I can't solve the problem for the patient well. Although many people think that physical examination is a technical job, sufficient theory and experience are essential. Even if you can understand all the operations in the department, even if you learn to operate, you don't have enough theory, and it's not easy to deal with emergencies. Once, when the teacher was on the night shift, he encountered a slice with uncertain shape, took photos in the WeChat group and asked if it was hookworm eggs. Soon the director replied, "No, it's a plant cell." It can be seen that it is very important to have enough knowledge, not only to learn solid medical theories, but also to understand the knowledge in the fields involved.

Fourth, life is calm and death is calm.

In the hospital, life and death diseases are commonplace. I have never witnessed the moment when life stops, but I think life can be fragile. I have seen bone marrow puncture twice with my teacher. They are all elderly grandfathers, and they are very thin, which can be said to be skin and bones. The speed and voice of speaking sounds very distressing. They must have suffered a lot because of their illness. They need care, and even if the doctor says hello, their hearts will be warm for a long time. In addition, during my study in the microbiology laboratory, every time there is a suspicious specimen in blood culture, the teacher will contact the clinician directly. This time, there are bacteria in the blood culture of two consecutive specimens. The teacher calls, and the students prepare reagents for bacterial identification. The teacher who hasn't hung up said, "There is no need to cultivate bacteria from two specimens, they belong to the same person!" " "We smiled at one another. How could it be the same person? Well, we only do one training. When the reagent bag was torn open, the teacher's voice came again: "Hello! Stop it! That man is gone! "hmm? ! No, it's gone? Things came a little suddenly, a little unacceptable. The owner of this specimen in front of us is no longer alive. The trainee calmly threw away the specimen and said, "These things are normal, you will get used to them gradually." I nodded slightly. I'm curious to see the patient's name. This, this is a patient who received a blood transfusion in the clinic last month. Life is calm, and death is calm. Life can be fragile, please cherish everyone around you.

Through this internship, I have deepened my understanding of medical laboratory specialty and admired this profession even more. I also realize that the development of today's society is changing with each passing day and the demand for talents is getting higher and higher. I understand my own shortcomings and will adapt to the development of society, constantly improve my ideological understanding and improve myself. There is a long way to go in Xiu Yuan, and I will go up and down. Thanks to all the teachers, brothers and sisters in the laboratory and the internship opportunities provided by the school, I will study professional knowledge in a down-to-earth manner, humbly ask for advice and strive to become a qualified medical worker as soon as possible.

Experience on the contents of hospital training. Training is a very meaningful thing. In training, you can learn knowledge that is not available in books and increase your social practice ability. We must test what we have learned in practice. Although sometimes we feel that the knowledge in books is useless, knowledge means the ability to learn. So I think the purpose of training is not to pass the graduation exam, but to acquire knowledge and work skills. However, in other words, there is a big gap between stepping out of the ivory tower and stepping into society. Being able to enter the company training as a buffer is a blessing for me. Through the training work, I understand the actual needs of the work, so that the purpose of learning is more clear and the effect is better.

My internship place is not a newspaper or radio station corresponding to my major, but a hospital. This year's holiday coincides with the implementation of the "Bright Smile" project, which aims to provide free cataract surgery for poor cataract patients and help them regain their light and smile.

According to the principle of "proximity, convenience and proximity", this activity will require health workers to choose at least one cataract or cleft lip and palate patient for "one-on-one" pairing assistance. The specific content of assistance is "five ones": First, go deep into the homes of the targeted people, conduct a free policy promotion of the "Bright Smile" project, and actively look for patients with cataract and cleft lip and palate; The second is to provide a series of services, do a good job in screening and diagnosis organized by local medical institutions, do a good job in follow-up services during the operation, and help solve practical difficulties such as family support and postoperative rehabilitation; The third is to make at least one postoperative visit to help guide their rehabilitation; The fourth is to carry out a send warm activity, at least to send love to the home of the helpers and send the warmth of the party and the government; The fifth is to solve a practical problem, at least to help families solve a practical problem in health or health services and do a good job.

Because my grandfather is also a cataract patient, and because of economic reasons, he has never seen a doctor. Now, the activity of "Smile and Light" gives my grandfather a chance to have this cataract surgery. It is for this special reason that I came to the hospital for nursing practice. I saw so many old people doing such operations in the hospital. The reason why they do this is simple. An 83-year-old man told me, "I wish I could see the road under my feet, so that I wouldn't fall and drag my children."

During my training in the hospital, I really felt a lot. I have seen so many poor cataract patients suffer from darkness because they have no money, which makes their faces lose that smile, white hair on their temples and wrinkles on their foreheads. These are all traces of the years. The vicissitudes of time have worn away the original young heart.

I learned a lot in the training and saw a lot. Although it is not a professional counterpart, this kind of training is still very meaningful. I know the difference between work and study, and this difference has also accumulated more experience for me. Whether you are working or studying, you should treat it with a sincere heart.

In practice, we know that working and studying at school are completely different. At school, there are teachers, homework and exams, but at work, we have to study and do it ourselves. As long as you want to learn, those old employees will not hesitate to teach you their years of experience, so that you can avoid detours in your work. In the process of training, you can also know yourself better, know what you like and are interested in, and it will be easier to work.

Although there is also a spirit of cultivating students' teamwork in school, it is still not so obvious at work, and teamwork is particularly important at work. Work is often not a person's business, but a team is completing a project. How to keep communication with other colleagues in the team is also important. A senior human resources expert once had such a view on the ability requirement of team spirit: the ability to communicate and cooperate with others. Reasonable division of labor can make everyone do their best, unite and cooperate, cooperate tacitly and succeed in their work. If an individual wants to succeed and achieve good performance, he must keep in mind a rule: we can never put personal interests above team interests. In team work, there will be cases where he benefits from his own assistance. On the other hand, he benefited from it, which is one of the most important factors to ensure his success.

School is also a small society. In this small society, we are also learning how to deal with people, but after all, we are still not so sophisticated or unable to make ends meet. But when we encounter more things in society and more times, we can quickly learn how to deal with social things and how to survive in this complex society.

In practice, I learned a lot and felt a lot. In practice, we must learn to study independently, have team spirit, know how to communicate with people, have a positive learning attitude, and know how to be polite to people ... Many things can't be learned in school. Through this practical training, we can better grasp the experience and improve.

Although training is not an easy task, sometimes you will feel very tired and you will not want to go back to the training place, but when you recover, you will feel what a meaningful thing I did today, and the fatigue has been dispelled.

I firmly believe that through this period of training, the practical experience gained from it will benefit me for life, and will be confirmed in the actual work after graduation, and I will continue to understand and appreciate what I have learned from the training. These will benefit me for life. I hope I can better show my life value in my future study and work.

Experience on the contents of hospital training. The training is over. I was confused and ignorant, but now I am full. Therefore, we are very grateful to the First Affiliated Hospital for providing us with such a good training environment and various superior conditions, and we are also very grateful to all the teachers for their hard teaching, so that we have such a good practice opportunity before we set foot on our posts.

Clinical training is the consolidation and strengthening of theoretical learning stage, the training and exercise of nursing skill operation, and also the pre-job training for us. Although this period of time is short, it is very important to each of us. We cherish this time, cherish the opportunity of daily exercise and self-improvement, and cherish this rare mentoring relationship with teachers.

When I first entered the ward, I always felt at a loss I am in a strange state about nursing work, and I still don't have a formed concept about what I can do in such a new environment. Fortunately, we have a teacher to introduce the ward structure, the work of each class and rich experience in teaching teachers, which makes us quickly adapt to the nursing work of various departments in the hospital. Being able to adapt to the hospital environment as soon as possible has laid a good foundation for training and work in the hospital, which should be regarded as the first harvest in the training stage: learning to adapt and learn to grow and survive in the new environment.

A nurse's job is very heavy and messy. Although I felt something before I entered the consulting room, I felt it more deeply after I really entered the ward. Indeed, the work of nurses is very fragmentary and messy, which can be said to be humble, but through the incomprehension of most people, we find that nurses have their unique charm. Hospitals cannot live without nurses, which shows the importance of nurses. Doctors can't do without nurses, patients can't do without nurses, and the whole environment can't do without nurses. This kind of trivial work has a complete system, which can be described as "the sparrow is small and complete", and it is precisely because of this that it can play its unique role and produce an indispensable role. Because of clinical training, I have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of nursing work and a more detailed understanding of this industry. The second gain from entering the clinic is to correctly understand nursing, establish correct professional ethics and develop a good working attitude.

When I went to the ward for internship, I had the most contacts with patients, and I had a deep understanding of the disease and a thorough grasp of the basic nursing operation. The ultimate goal of practical training is to cultivate good operating skills and improve the ability of nursing work. Therefore, under the teaching principle of "let go, don't look around, don't worry about looking around", actively strive for every exercise opportunity, such as basic nursing operations such as catheterization, inserting stomach tubes, washing hair in bed, bathing in bed, oral care, automatic gastric lavage, intravenous infusion and various enema methods. At the same time, I constantly enrich my clinical theoretical knowledge, actively think about various problems, humbly ask teachers or other teachers for questions that I don't understand, and take knowledge notes. When teachers don't have time to answer questions, we will consult books after work, or consult teachers and more people, so as to better strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. Most of the training departments in the First Affiliated Hospital are whole wards, and most of us are nurses in charge. While following the teacher in charge of patients, we should strengthen the observation of patients' condition, enhance the understanding of patients' diseases, and educate patients with various health knowledge to exercise their ability to apply what they have learned. According to the requirements of schools and hospitals, I actively completed medical record writing, teaching rounds and lectures, and cultivated my writing, organization and expression skills. Generally speaking, the third harvest during the training period is also the biggest harvest: nursing operation skills have been improved, the level of disease awareness has risen, and various nursing work has gradually become proficient. While cultivating excellent professional skills, they also cultivate good study habits. By thinking, we can draw inferences from others.

During the hospital training, everything we do is for the health of patients and the prognosis of diseases. We strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, strictly follow the aseptic principle in all operations, and strictly implement the "three inspections and seven pairs". In orthopedics, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, ICU, operating room, emergency, acupuncture and other departments, we all do a good job, abide by the principle of sterility, implement the check-up system, and cultivate a good work style. This should be regarded as the fourth harvest. Although it can't be said to be great, it is also an important and indispensable harvest.

During this short training period, we gained a lot. If it is summarized in simple words, it will look pale and powerless, at least it can't be expressed accurately and clearly, but we have benefited a lot. There are five, six or even more gains, but there is no need to list them one by one, because we know that the gains during the training period will be better reflected in the future work, so we use some dotted lines instead of face and special to represent individuals. In short, while thanking the First Affiliated Hospital for cultivating our dribs and drabs, we will take up our respective jobs with a more proactive working attitude, more solid operational skills and deeper theoretical knowledge, improve our clinical nursing ability and do our best for the nursing cause!
