3 Mining and grinding machinery

This machine adopts the advanced structure of similar products at home and abroad and is updated and improved on the basis of Raymond mill in the same industry. Compared with the ball mill, the equipment has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor space and less one-time investment. The grinding roller tightly rolls on the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, so when the grinding roller and the grinding ring are worn to a certain thickness, the output and fineness of the finished product will not be affected. The replacement period of grinding roller and grinding ring is long, which eliminates the shortcoming of short replacement period of wearing parts of centrifugal pulverizer. The air separation process of this machine circulates in the fan-grinding shell-cyclone separator-fan, so it has less dust than high-speed centrifugal pulverizer, clean operation workshop and no pollution to the environment.

Application and scope of Ramon mill;

Ramon mill is widely used in barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, thermal insulation materials and other industries with Mohs hardness not more than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%.

The main structure of Raymond mill:

The structure of the machine is mainly composed of main engine, analyzer, fan, finished cyclone separator, micro-powder cyclone separator and air duct. Among them, the main engine consists of a frame, an air inlet volute, a bucket, a grinding roller, a grinding ring and a cover.

Working principle of Raymond mill;

When working, the materials to be crushed are added into the machine from the hopper on the side of the casing, and the grinding roller device suspended on the plum blossom frame of the main machine revolves around the vertical axis, while the grinding roller rotates itself. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses on the grinding ring, so that the shovel scoops up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the purpose of crushing the material is achieved due to the rolling of the grinding roller.

Air separation process of Raymond mill;

After the material is crushed, the fan blows the wind into the shell of the main engine and blows up the powder, which is sorted by the analyzer placed above the crushing chamber. The materials that are too fine and too coarse fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, and the materials with qualified fineness enter the cyclone collector with the airflow, and are discharged through the powder outlet after collection, which is the finished product. The air flow returns to the fan from the air return pipe at the upper end of the cyclone collector, and the air path is circular and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume in the circulating air path is discharged through the waste gas pipeline between the fan and the main engine, and enters the small cyclone collector for purification.

Working principle of high pressure mill:

In the main engine of the high-pressure mill, a high-pressure spring with the pressure of 1000- 1500 kg is fastened to the roller hanger. After the work starts, the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft and rolls near the grinding ring under the action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. The rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of raymond mill under the same power condition, and the output is greatly improved. When the ground material enters the grinding cavity, it is scooped up by the shovel and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for rolling. The rolled powder is brought into the analyzer with the circulating wind of the blower, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow to obtain the finished product, and the large particles fall back for grinding again. The circulating air returns to the blower to repeat the above process, and the remaining air enters the bag filter for purification. When the grinding roller and the grinding ring are worn to a certain extent, adjust the length of the high-pressure spring to keep a constant grinding pressure between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. So as to ensure stable yield and fineness.

Performance characteristics of high pressure mill:

1. Compared with other mills, the output of the high-pressure mill is increased by 10-20% under the same power condition, and the grinding force of the roller on the material is increased by 800- 1200kg under the action of the high-pressure spring.

2. Mineral materials with Mohs hardness less than 9.3 can be processed and crushed.

3. The particle size range of finished products is very wide, the coarsest one can reach 0.6 13mm (30 mesh), generally it can reach 0.033mm (425 mesh), and the smallest one of a few materials can reach 0.0 13mm (1000 mesh).
