The thought of returning to zero originated from Taoist thought, and Laozi was the founder of Taoist school. Tao Te Ching, with 5,000 words, reached the peak of China's ancient philosophy.
At this time, we might as well read the Tao Te Ching and use the great wisdom of Laozi to understand the true meaning of life returning to zero.
1
Return to zero: the heart belongs to the Tao, and it is chic and calm.
Zero is the end, and the end of everything is zero; Zero is a new beginning, a blank sheet of paper, so as to draw the latest and most beautiful pictures.
Laozi's Tao Te Ching says, "Tao gives birth to one, two, three and everything." He said, "Are there any similarities?"
Meaning: "You" can be born of "nothing", and "You" must end with "nothing".
Laozi believes that nothingness is the origin of the world, everything originates from nothingness and ends in nothingness. Out of nothing, out of nothing, that's what it means. Not one in zero, but zero returns to zero.
Because everything is from nothing to nothing, and then to nothing. If nothing is zero, then the world is from zero to zero, philosophy is from zero to zero, and everything is from zero to zero.
Therefore, the Tao is "zero", which gives birth to all things, and all things eventually return to the Tao, and when they return to zero, they return to the Tao.

Life should be "zero" in time. All success or failure is a kind of past compared with the previous second. The past can support the future, but it can't replace tomorrow.
When you succeed, you can "zero yourself" at an appropriate time to avoid pride and recklessness, so that success and honor will not become a burden that hinders progress.
When you fail, you will lose a lot, but when you lose it, you can be brave enough to "return to zero", let yourself face yourself again, start from scratch and struggle actively.
In life, there are inevitably successes and failures, prosperity and adversity. No matter what the circumstances, being able to "zero" yourself in time always makes people open-minded and open-minded.
Return to the Tao, be open-minded, and be more able to cope with everything calmly.
2
Return to zero: the simple road, let the heart return to zero
The wisdom of zeroing is subtraction, not deletion, and deleting all unnecessary burdens.
The world may be messy, but people's hearts should be zero, just like the sky, simple and pure; Sometimes it should be "like a dry well, the waves are not born."
Laozi's Tao Te Ching says, "Be simple and simple, be selfish and have less desires."
Meaning: "Su" is an unpolished silk thread, and "Pu" is an unprocessed wood, which is to maintain a simple ideological realm and live naturally and simply.
If the heart is simple, the world will be simple; Only by letting the heart return to zero can we laugh at life.
Simplicity is an attitude towards life and a realm of life. It can purify our minds, make our minds healthy, and soothe the increasingly tired spirit and body.
Simple, not blank. It is a complex state, which brings together the richness and emotion of life.
Taste all the tastes in the world, or light and most beautiful; I have seen the prosperity of life, but it is still plain and true. Simplicity is the crystallization of wisdom through life.
Avenue to Jane, let the heart return to zero, everything is fine.
three
Zero: Give and take, conquer yourself.
Zero is starting from scratch, starting from scratch, don't break, don't be reluctant, the old will not go, and the new will not come.
Snakes have to shed their skin every year to grow, and crabs can only be better protected if they take off their original shells. If old ideas are not abandoned, new ideas will not be born.
Liu Zhenyun, a famous writer, said: "Zero mentality is the mentality of emptying everything in your mind, stripping everything you already have and returning everything to zero."
Life is like a clock, it will start from zero at midnight, and only when it returns to zero will there be a new cycle and glory.
Only by "returning to zero" at an appropriate time can we continue to learn, start over and stay young forever.
The greatest enemy in life is yourself. Whether a person succeeds or not depends largely on whether he can beat himself in the process of "returning to zero".
For example, some people have made achievements or honors, but they don't have a "zero" mentality, so they won't make progress, and they will always "sleep" on achievements and honors and can't succeed again.
You can't have your cake and eat it. Giving up is also an option. Life is a process of giving up and getting back.
Only when the cup is empty can it be filled with water. Clap your hands tightly, there is nothing in your hand; Open your hands and you will have the whole world!
Return to zero in time, give up what you have gained and overcome yourself.
four
Return to zero: return to the original heart and be inclusive.
Laozi's Tao Te Ching says, "If you are a Taoist, you will move."
Meaning: "anti" means repetition and return. Tao is the law of motion for the universe to return to itself.
Where everything starts, it ends; Where it ends, there will be a new beginning.
Everything is spiraling up, constantly returning and constantly updating. Every breakthrough comes from the initial zero, like collecting the vitality of all things in winter, returning to the original point in spring, brewing flowers, birds and plants.
Let the heart return to zero, that is, return to our original heart, that is, the beautiful and pure original heart, which is the most real and precious in the troubled and ever-changing world.
Let the heart return to zero, that is, never forget your active attitude and never give up. Not bound by the secular, not tempted by fame and fortune, not bound by nothingness.
In the face of the complicated world, we should always "return to zero" and not be disturbed by the outside world, so as to keep our inner peace, better accept new challenges and tolerate everything in the world.
"Zero", the tree of life will be evergreen: "zero" is the starting point, constantly "zero", constantly starting; Keep "returning to zero", keep starting, and start all over again!

Tao Te Ching: Understanding wisdom makes life more leisurely.
Tao Te Ching is the cultural confidence of China people in past dynasties.
For more than two thousand years, it has been a main peak of China's cultural thought. Reading other books is stepping on the ladder of progress, while reading Tao Te Ching is climbing directly to the top of the mountain, looking up at the changes of the universe and overlooking the ups and downs of the world.
The emperor regarded Tao Te Ching as a magic weapon to govern the country. Military strategists regard Tao Te Ching as the art of defeating the enemy. Tao Te Ching is regarded as a longevity bible by health care practitioners. Taoism regards Tao Te Ching as the ancestral motto of becoming an immortal.
In short, it is a cultural classic worthy of your repeated reading and experience. Although it can't provide you with the essence of success, it can provide you with new enlightenment.
However, ancient Chinese is difficult to understand, and it is difficult for non-professionals to systematically interpret all its meanings, thus guiding their lives.
