Practice teaching of Shaolin Yijinjing
Yijinjing is a treasure in China Wushu, which has always been valued by various schools. The following is what I specially arranged for you: the practice teaching of Shaolin Yijinjing.

The general principle of systematic cultivation in the Book of Changes

Yijinjing is a treasure in China Wushu, which has always been valued by various schools. However, the internal training principle of Yijinjing has been hidden from the world, which leads to different opinions and chaos in the training methods of Yijinjing. I am engaged in the teaching of Chinese medicine meridians and acrobatics, and the main content of Chinese medicine acrobatics is Yijinjing. After more than ten years of teaching and research, I finally found that Yijinjing cultivated the twelve meridians of human body, thus achieving the purpose of cultivating the twelve meridians.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the twelve meridians of human body runs qi and blood, while the twelve meridians is unobstructed, so qi and blood are harmonious and healthy. On the other hand, the twelve meridians is blocked, qi and blood stagnate, and all diseases begin. The muscles of the human body are divided into the twelve meridians according to the twelve meridians's route. The twelve meridians followed the twelve meridians and played a leading and nourishing role. The so-called tendons in Yijinjing refer to the twelve meridians. ? Is it easy? Is it change or improvement? Easy entry? Is to improve the twelve meridians. Yijinjing is a classic method to improve the twelve meridians, and its fundamental purpose is to cultivate the twelve meridians. The concrete analysis shows that the whole meridian is in an excited state when the pile is erected, thus strengthening the conductivity of the meridian operation. The key here is to be accurate when standing piles, because the posture of each potential pile is set for the practiced warp tendons. If some movements and postures are not in place, you should also know the standard posture and try your best to do it. Yijinjing is different from general physical activity, which also exercises the twelve meridians, but it is not systematic to practice a certain meridian, so it is difficult for the twelve meridians to start. The secret of Yijinjing lies in that the whole meridian is in an excited state through a specific posture, so as to stimulate the corresponding whole meridian, make the whole meridian in an orderly state, strengthen the permeability of the meridian, make the qi and blood unobstructed, and enhance the internal force (internal strength) of the human body.

General practice rules of Shaolin Yijinjing

1, Yijinjing is a Gong Zhuang, which cannot be understood as a dynamic work. The mistake of various popular versions now is to practice many postures into dynamic skills, and friends who like Yijinjing can confirm it through the experience of standing piles.

2. Each pile potential is divided into left potential and right potential, whichever is the foot. The right meridian muscle in front of the left foot exercise is the right potential. Even the vertical pile potential is divided into left potential and right potential.

3. The common point of each pile potential in Yijinjing is loose head. The team leader, when standing on the pile, does not need the support of all parts of the body to support the whole body, but uses the collar force of the head to drive the whole body, and the collar force should reach the heel. Therefore, when standing piles, you should repeatedly check all parts of your body to see if there is support and relax in time. Diaphragm is the most nervous in the head. Relaxing the heart socket makes the diaphragm relax, the whole body is easy to relax, and the center of gravity naturally drops. In a word, the leader lifts his spirits, relaxes his body and lowers his center of gravity. The unity of opposites makes the warp tendons in an excited state. Strengthen the permeability of meridians.

4, the heart should be quiet and deep, without thinking and inaction, silent. Reading Laozi's Tao Te Ching can improve my mood, which is the mental method of Yijinjing.

Practice Teaching of Shaolin Yijinjing: Section I: Three Yang Hand Pile Potential

The three Yang meridians of the hand all run along the lateral side of the upper limb, in which the Yangming meridian of the hand is above, the Taiyang meridian of the hand is below and the Shaoyang meridian of the hand is in the middle.

Hand Yangming Meridian generates true power forward, Yun Hua Yang Meridian generates left and right true power, and hand Yang Meridian generates true power downward.

Wei Tuo put forward the first potential hand Yangming meridian (meridian).

Key points of pile potential: stand with your left foot at a 90-degree angle, with your left foot three inches in front of your right foot, your elbows at shoulder height, your hands at a diagonal angle of about 60 degrees, and your left hand three inches in front of your right hand. When standing piles, the back should be round and the inner waist should be straight. My head and body are loose. Look ahead. The left potential is opposite.

Meridian (meridian) circulation; Meridians (meridians) of the Yangming Meridian of the Hand are distributed in the index finger, the front edge of the outer side of the arm, the shoulder, the scapula and the cheek. When standing on this pile for the first time, first of all, the front of the shoulder and the front edge of the upper arm are sore, swollen and hot, and naturally disappear after frequent practice. Gradually, you will feel that the channels (meridians) along the Yangming Meridian of the hand are unobstructed, and the palm gives birth to true strength.

Wei Tuoxian's Secondary Potential Operation on Yang Meridian (Meridian)

Key points of pile potential: the feet are close together to form an external figure, and the right foot is three inches ahead of the left foot. The upper body leans forward about 30 degrees, the head is straight, the eyes are straight, the arms are raised horizontally, and the palms are up. Note: when leaning, you should not bend over and bulge your back, and your back should be straight. You should lean forward with your hip joint as the axis.

Meridian (meridian) circulation: the meridians of the hand sun are distributed in the little finger of the hand, the outer trailing edge of the arm, around the ear and on the cheek. When you stand on this pile for the first time, you will feel sore, numb and bloated on your shoulders and upper arms. Standing for a long time will naturally disappear, and then there will be a feeling of smoothness and lightness, and the palm will give birth to real power to open left and right.

Wei Tuoxian pestle the third potential hand shaoyang meridian (meridian)

Key points of pile potential: the right foot is eight steps, the right foot is three inches ahead of the left foot, the arms are horizontally extended forward, the hands are inward (towards your neck), the fingertips are upward, and the waist and back should be straight.

Meridian (meridian) circulation: the hand shaoyang meridian is distributed in the middle of the ring finger, outside the arm (between the hand Yangming meridian and the hand Taiyang meridian), shoulder and neck, and on both sides of the cheek. At the beginning, the shoulder is easy to swell, and after a long time, the strength naturally disappears to a certain extent, and the meridians with shaoyang in the hand will feel smooth and light, and then the palm will give birth to real downward strength.

Practice teaching of Shaolin Yijinjing in the second quarter: hand-three yin pile potential

Three yin meridians of the hand circulate inside the upper limb, in which the Taiyin meridian of the hand circulates at the upper edge of the upper limb, the Shaoyin meridian of the hand circulates at the lower edge of the upper limb, and the Jueyin meridian produces upward real work.

The Taiyin Meridian (Meridian) of the Nine Ghosts Pulling out the Sword

Key points of pile potential; This is the left posture, the left foot is three inches in front of the right foot, the right hand is behind the head, the palm is backward, and the thumb side is upward; Put your left hand behind your back, your thumb side down, your palm forward (to yourself), your back straight and your head up to the left. Note: elbow backward, do not relax forward.

Meridian circulation: the meridians of Taiyin hand are distributed in the thumb, the medial front edge of upper limb and intercostal space. When I first stood in this pile, my arm was sore and swollen under the front shoulder. After a long time, it naturally disappeared. If you practice this pile frequently, the meridian of Taiyin hand will feel numb and hot, and then it will be smooth and light, and then the palm will give birth to real strength backwards.

Pick the stars for a change. Meridians (meridians) of the hand lacking yin.

Key points of pile potential; This is the left posture, with the left foot three inches forward, the left hand behind the arm, the palm down and the arm straight; Put your right hand on your head, palms up, arms straight. Head to the right, chin slightly raised. The right is opposite.

Meridian circulation: the meridians of the hand with little yin are distributed in the little finger, the inner back edge of the arm and the chest rib. Standing on this pile for the first time, thenar will feel sore and swollen. After a long time, the part of the hand running along the Yin meridian will feel unobstructed, and the palm will give birth to the real force that fits inward.

Hand Jueyin with claw and bright wing tendons (meridians)

Key points of pile potential: this is the right potential, and the right foot is in the first three inches. Put your hands on your head, palms up, fingers facing each other, right palm slightly in front of right palm, back straight, head pointing to key points, and body relaxed. Note: don't end your shoulders, but sink your shoulders.

Meridian (Meridian) Circulation: Meridian (Meridian) of Hand Jueyin is distributed in the middle of middle finger, inside arm (between Hand Taiyin and Hand Shaoyin), armpit and chest rib. When standing on this pile for the first time, the inside of the wrist at the root of the palm is sore and swollen, and the circulation part of the Jue Yin on the long training side has a clear feeling, and the palm gives birth to real upward strength.

The Third Practice Teaching of Shaolin Yijinjing: Foot, Three Shades and Pile Potential

The three yin meridians of the foot are mainly distributed in the inner side of the lower limbs, among which the Taiyin meridian of the foot is distributed in the inner front edge of the lower limbs, the Shaoyin meridian of the foot is distributed in the inner rear edge, and the Jueyin meridian is distributed in the middle.

The tendons (meridians) of the foot Taiyin generate true power backward, the tendons (meridians) of the foot Shaoyin generate true power downward, and the tendons (meridians) of the foot Jueyin generate true power inward.

Dragging the tail of nine cows backwards is full of Taiyin meridians.

Key points of pile potential: this is the left potential, the left foot is imaginary, the toes are on the ground, the toes are on the left, the heel is raised, and the center of gravity is on the right foot; The thumb and forefinger of the right hand point to their Tang Yin, and the other three fingers naturally make fists. The right hand is about a foot away from the head, and the right elbow is shoulder height. Put your left hand behind your left hip, straighten your little finger and forefinger, point backward, hook your middle finger and ring finger backward, buckle your thumb at the tip of your forefinger, and turn your palm to the right.

Meridian (meridian) circulation: Foot Taiyin Meridian is distributed in the big toe of foot, the inner front edge of lower limb and chest and abdomen. If you practice this pile frequently, you will feel very comfortable where the Taiyin meridian runs, and there will be a real backward force under your feet.

The three sets of landing potentials are all yin meridian (meridian) deficiency.

Key points of pile potential: This is the right potential, the right foot is about three inches in front of the left foot, the distance between the two feet is about one foot, and the two feet form an external figure. Kneel down, arms folded, back straight, head up. Put your hands next to your hips, your fingers will open naturally, your chin will be forward, your palms will be down, and your elbows will be twisted forward from the back to the outside, opposite to your knees. The right hand is slightly ahead of the left hand.

Meridian (meridian) circulation: the foot shaoyin meridian circulates in the little toe, the heart of the foot, the medial posterior edge of the lower limb and the anterior side of the spine. Regular practice of this pile can strengthen the spine, make the meridians (meridians) feel unobstructed, and give birth to real downward force under your feet.

Jueyin Meridian (Meridian) of Suspended Tail and Submerged Foot

Key points of pile potential: This is the left potential, with the left foot slightly three inches in front, the outside of the foot divided into 180 degrees, the toes facing outward, the heels facing inward, and the heels are about one foot apart. Bend over, raise your head, put your hands and fingers on the opposite palm instead of the palm, and palm down. Note: Don't bend your knees and keep your head low. The right is opposite.

Meridian circulation: the meridian of foot Jueyin circulates between the big toe of foot and the inner side of lower limb, and between foot Taiyin and foot Shaoyin. Regular practice of this pile can make the place where the tendons pass feel unobstructed, and the real internal force can be born under the first step.

The practice teaching of Shaolin Yijinjing in the fourth quarter is all three Yang piles.

The tendons of Foot Sanyang Meridian are mainly distributed on the outer side of lower limbs, among which Foot Yangming Meridian is distributed on the outer front edge, Foot Taiyang Meridian is distributed on the outer edge, and Foot Shaoyang Meridian is distributed in the middle.

The true strength of Yangming Meridian in its lifetime, the true strength of Sun Meridian in its upward movement and the true strength of Shaoyang Meridian in its outward opening.

Crouching tiger preys on Yangming meridian.

Essentials of pile potential: This is the left potential, the left foot is an imaginary step, the center of gravity is on the right foot, the hands and fingers are close together, the hands are shoulder width apart, the waist should be straight, the head should be lifted and the whole body should be lifted. Note: the back should be flat and the right knee should not be excessively flexed.

Meridian circulation: the meridians of Foot Yangming are distributed in the second toe, the third toe, the fourth toe, the lateral front edge of lower limbs, chest and abdomen, cheeks and other parts. If you practice this pile regularly, you will feel unobstructed along the meridians and tendons of Yangming foot, and the real forward force will be born under your feet.

Bowing is all about the meridians and tendons of the sun

Key points of pile potential: this is the right potential, the right foot is slightly ahead, the center of gravity is on the left foot, and the distance between the two feet is about one horizontal foot wide. Bend over, cross your fingers, put your fingers on the back of your hand, put them behind your head, and put your palms up. Note: Don't pinch your elbows, spread them out, keep your forearms in a straight line, keep your back straight and don't bend your neck.

Meridian circulation: the meridians of the foot sun are distributed in the little finger, the lateral trailing edge of the lower limbs, the back and the top of the head. Standing on this pile often, the place where the temples run will feel unobstructed, and the real upward force will be born under your feet.

Qinglong's claws are full of yang meridian tendons.

Main points of pile potential: this is the left potential, with the left foot in front and the right foot swinging outward, with both feet at a 90-degree angle and the right palm pushing to the left; Half-clenched left hand, placed next to the left hip, head tilted to the left. Note: the head is the main point. Although it is a posture of tilting the head, it is more meaningful.

Meridian circulation: the meridians of foot shaoyang are distributed on the fourth toe, instep, lateral middle of lower limbs, left and right sides of the body and head side. Often standing on this pile, the meridians and veins with shaoyang foot have a feeling of acid, numbness, swelling, heat and smoothness, and the real outward opening force is born at the foot.

Summary of Practice Teaching of Shaolin Yijinjing

Standing on the reinforcement and crossing the pile potential can produce a kind of inner true force, which is soft outside and rigid inside and has strong penetration. This force is born at Mingmen (the depression under the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra) and is emitted from hands and feet through the twelve meridians (meridians), corresponding as follows:

Hand Yangming forward

Three Yang hands up, Shao Yang hands up.

Hand, the sun opens outward.

Hand Taiyin backward

The hands are three yin, and the hands are up.

Hands are overcast and inward.

Foot Yangming forward

Three yang feet and less yin feet are downward.

Foot shaoyang opens outward.

Feet too cloudy and backward.

There are three yin in the foot and less yin in the foot.

Foot syncope in yang.

In the twelve meridians, Yangming Meridian corresponds to each other from the outside to the inside, but the real force they generate is in the opposite direction. The real work in the palm is three-dimensional and six-directional, and the real work in the first step is also three-dimensional and six-directional, so that the hands and feet blend together, just like the famous martial artist Wang Xiangzhai said? Three forces are adults, and six forces are complicated? .

The twelve meridians: Hand Yangming pulse hand Taiyin pulse hand Shaoyin pulse hand Jueyin pulse hand Taiyin pulse foot Shaoyin pulse foot Jueyin pulse foot Yangming pulse foot Taiyin pulse foot Shaoyang pulse.

The twelve meridians: Hand Yangming handles the sun, Taiyin handles Shaoyin handles Jueyin via Foot Taiyin via Foot Shaoyin via Foot Jueyin via Foot Yangming via Foot Taiyin via Foot Shaoyang.

Twelve potentials of Yijinjing: Wei Tuoxian's first potential, Wei Tuoxian's second potential, Wei Tuoxian's third potential, nine ghosts drawing swords, picking stars, changing hands, showing claws and bright wings, dragging nine oxtails backwards, hanging three sets of tails, crouching tiger, pouncing on food, bowing, and dragon probing claws.
