How to improve your heart?
It is expected to take over the first grade, but this workload requires two classes and a class teacher. There are many classes at ease this year. I go to work at seven every morning and get off work at six. When I got home, I was too tired to talk. I sleep in bed every day, and I haven't recovered from two days of rest. Ask a colleague, too.

The fact is hard to change, and the intensity of work is there. What should I do? I admire those friends who study until midnight every day and are still full of energy the next day.

I observed some friends and found that they have something in common.

1. Know how to be good to yourself. Pay attention to hygiene during work, eggs, milk and fruit in the morning, and drink astragalus powder and red dates in the afternoon to replenish qi. Go for a moxibustion or massage on weekends to relieve the stress for a week.

2. complain less. If you don't do one thing, you must do it to the extreme, find your own value, have a goal to pursue and be full of motivation. Do things with skill and learn to decompress yourself.

3. find a bosom friend to share, and forget it if you don't spit it out. You can go shopping, climb mountains and listen to concerts on weekends. Find yourself a hobby, cultivate self-cultivation and cultivate sentiment.
