Anshun's economic development is relatively slow, and the vegetation coverage rate is also low. Pyracantha fortuneana has strong adaptability and likes warm and sunny environment, so it is suitable for planting in Anshun area. Pyracantha fortuneana contains a certain proportion of pectin. If it is widely planted, the vegetation coverage can be improved. Therefore, it is a good solution to study the extraction of pectin from Pyracantha fortuneana, which can not only develop the economy of Anshun area, but also improve the vegetation coverage. In this paper, the extraction of pectin from pyracantha fortuneana by salting-out method is studied. Salting-out method is the most advanced technology at present, which has the characteristics of low cost, high pectin extraction rate and high purity. By exploring the experimental data of extracting pectin from wild pyracantha fortuneana by salting out method, the best extraction technology was found out!
