However, ordinary edible oil is usually chemically refined and has lost these nutrients, so it is not suitable as base oil for dilution. As for mineral oil extracted from petroleum, such as baby oil, it is not suitable as base oil, because this mineral oil not only contains no nutrients, but also easily blocks pores and causes acne and abscess. When you massage with essential oil, it will even hinder the skin's absorption of essential oil.
Generally speaking, the dosage of essential oil is between 0.5% and 3%, and the massage of sensitive parts such as face or children under 12 is between 0.5% and1%.
