Fireworks and firecrackers are dangerous goods and must be transported and distributed by special car under the supervision of the Safety Supervision Bureau.

Sales of fireworks must apply for the "Fireworks Retail License", apply to the local township sub-district office, report to the county safety supervision bureau when there are indicators, and review the safety conditions at the county and township levels. Only those who have passed the safety training can sell.
