(1) Massage rehabilitation therapy

Most diabetics are weak, so the massage should be gradual and the intensity should be gradually strengthened. Massage time is generally 15 ~ 30 min, once a day or once every other day. When pushing, rubbing and kneading, use some lubricants, such as talcum powder, mint water, sesame oil, safflower oil, musk rheumatism oil, massage milk, votalin ointment and so on. Massage method 1:

(2) The skill of tapping teeth and gargling body fluid: This skill can make the body fluid, which is known as "the water of huachi", descend to Dantian by tapping teeth and tonifying kidney and gargling, which has the functions of nourishing yin, replenishing essence and reducing fire, so it can be used for the treatment of diabetes. This work is simple and easy, which deserves attention.

① Sit still: sit up straight, keep your head straight, keep your neck straight, keep your eyes straight ahead, hold your chest and lean back, hold your thumb with your four fingers, put it on both sides of your thighs, gently close your eyes, turn your eyes inward, turn your ears backward, keep your mind in your lower abdomen, relax your body and breathe naturally.

② Tooth tapping: After the mood is stable and concentrated, the upper and lower teeth lightly tap 36 times or 8 1 time. The speed should be slow and even, and heavy punches are not allowed.

At the same time, with the word "self-silence", meditate on the word "self" when inhaling, meditate on the word "self" when pausing and meditate on the word "silence" when exhaling. When inhaling, the tongue touches the upper jaw, when pausing, the tongue remains still, and when exhaling, the tongue hangs down.

The second breathing method: close your mouth and breathe through your nose, which can also be used for both delicious and nasal purposes. Inhale first, then exhale slowly, and pause after exhaling. Stop breathing in the form of breathing. Meditation sentences are the same as the first breathing method. Meditate the first word "self" when inhaling, the second word "self" when exhaling, and the third word "static" when pausing. At the same time, when inhaling, the tongue touches the upper jaw, when exhaling, the tongue slowly falls, and when it stops, the tongue does not move in the mouth, and so on.

(3) Follow the law: follow the Dantian (this law is located 5cm below the umbilicus, which is actually the Qihai point). At the same time, you can imagine that there is a ball at Qihai point, which is located in the lower abdomen.

(4) Baduanjin: Baduanjin enjoys a high reputation among Chinese people and has the characteristics of combining shape adjustment, mental adjustment and pranayama. Diabetic patients can practice by themselves unless they are in critical condition.

Action: From the preparation of standing pile, raise your hands from the outside of your legs to Zhongshan point and inhale at the same time. Palms up, arms rotate and bend wrists, palms up, with exhalation, arms are high and round.
