Ingredients: red dates, pure milk, medlar and brown sugar.
Exercise:
1. Wash red dates and medlar, and cut red dates into small pieces;
2. Put the cut red dates and medlar into the pot, add a spoonful of brown sugar, and pour in pure milk (you can also put a little water, but you don't like it);
3. Cover the fire and boil. Turn the heat down and cook for five minutes.
