How long does it take to customize fiberboard?
It usually takes about half a month to customize fiberboard.

Fiberboard production process:

1. Slicing: the logs are transported into the warehouse by the conveyor, sliced by the slicer, and then entered into the chip bin, screened by the vibrating screen, and then entered into the "water washing" process.

2. Water washing: The water washing system cleans the wood chips cut into specifications to remove impurities such as mud stones and sand contained in the wood chips, so as to ensure that the clean wood chips are transported to the next process.

3. Cooking: The vertical cooking pot is an important equipment of the production line. In this equipment, wood chips are cooked and softened under saturated steam with pressure of 6-8 bar and temperature of 150- 160℃. The residence time of wood chips in the digester is 65438 0-3 minutes. Vertical digester is a kind of pressure vessel, which can ensure the removal of harmful substances that may exist in logs.

4. Thermal grinding: Thermal grinding is a very critical production process. In this equipment, the cooked wood chips are separated into fibers in a high-speed rotating millstone. The grinding chamber pressure of the thermal mill is 8-9bar, the temperature is 140- 150℃, the total installed capacity is 7000kW, and the rotating speed is 1500rpm. Thermal grinding system is a high temperature and high pressure system, which can also fumigate sawdust and fiber.

5. Drying: The drying system is the largest air conveying system in the production line, which uses high-temperature flue gas as the heating medium to dry the fiber to the specified dry humidity. Harmful substances are further removed in this system.

6. Laying: the dried fibers are screened, and the qualified fibers are weighed by the conveyor and the ground scale respectively, and then sent to the paving machine to be paved into flat slabs.

7. Hot pressing: The continuous hot pressing machine is the most critical equipment on the production line. The equipment can quickly solidify the adhesive in the slab and press the slab into shape through the precise coordination of temperature, pressure and production speed.

8. Health care: stack the formed plates in a special area according to the number of sheets, let them adjust themselves and fully release the body pressure. This process is about two days, which is called health preservation. After curing, the properties of the plate will be more stable and not easy to deform.

9. Sanding: Use a sander to process the surface of the fiberboard and correct the thickness. Remove the pre-curing layer on the surface of the plate to improve the utilization rate of the plate surface.

10, cutting: standardize the plate size according to the specifications required by customers.

Warehousing: finished product packaging, numbering and warehousing. A well-ventilated and constant-temperature warehouse can ensure the stability of product quality.
